Het personeel bij de receptie was wel daadwerkelijk aardig.

Cons:

De communicatie vooraf was slechter dan ik ooit heb meegemaakt in mijn leven. Het hele management is volstrekt incapabel. Het hotel is verder een redelijk vervallen geheel.

Itt wat op de booking-hotelinfo staat is er GEEN koffie op de kamer
Er is één bedlamplje, maar dat doet het niet
Bij het bed is geen werkend stopcontact (het stopcontact dat er zit is gemold en verkeerde maat)
Om het dekbed passend te maken voor het queensize bed lag het overdwars, dus met de opening aan de zijkant.
Het deurslot was aan de binnenkant geforceerd, maar het sloot nog wel
Klein TV'tje waat 2 remotes voor nodig waren (waarvan 1 zonder achterkant)
Het ontbijt kost €16, maar het is waardeloos - geen eieren om maar wat te noemen, blokken kaas waar je zelf plakken af moet hakken. Geen vleeswaren. Koffemachine achter volle gore prullenbak

Nous n'avons aimé que deux choses. La très bonne literie et l'emplacement.

Cons:

L'hôtel est très passable... chambre avec équipements minimum ( sèche cheveux low cost sans chaleur, zéro verre a dents ou autre petits équipements pratiques. Serviettes de bain toute fine...) et pas hyper agréable ( un éclairage qui fonctionne sur 2 dans la salle de bain, des fils électriques apparent... Bref déçu pour le rapport qualité prix. Je ne recommande pas forcément cet hôtel pour passer un peu de temps à Rotterdam.

Waterkoker op de kamer voor thee , miste koffie zakjes

Cons:

Bloed spetters op de muur naast het bed en de ruimte tussen bed en muur erg krap ik miste kastje plankje om mobiel /horloge te leggen aan 1 kant van het bed
