Pros:

Ruime kamers en badkamers, goede douche, goede bedden.

Cons:

De ene badkamer leek vochtproblemen te hebben op het plafond, de andere badkamer had een heel sterke geur van sigaretten.

Pros:

Parkeren veilig en weinig kosten

Cons:

Op site stond 600 m van nieuwe luxor.
Het is 600 m van station Rotterdam centraal. Van daar met metro in 15 min naar kop van zuid. Goed te doen maar mss ff aanpassen.

It is close to the Market Hall and the central station.

Cons:

The room is very tiny, but that wasn’t really a problem. One of the elevators wasn’t working, and the other one once only opened about 3 centimeters. There was no heating, even though the description says there is. In the room was 17°C, and at the reception they said there is no heating in the entire building. The walls are very thin..you can hear everything from the other room.

Fair location in crowded city
Pros:

The location of the hotel is not too bad. Walkable distance to center, but I recommend renting bikes to get to destinations faster.
The room for 2 was big.
Parking spots for 20 euros/night available, but the garage is not very big. So space is limited up to about 15-20 cars.

Cons:

The elevator is in need of maintenance soon.
The A/C did not work. We had a room on the 8th floor, so it was very hot.
The room seems quite dirty, especially because of the old carpet floor.
There was no “do not disturb” sign so we asked the reception to not enter the room. But cleaning service did anyway…

Heel comfortabele kamer, erg goed ontbijt, zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding!
Pros:

Ruime, comfortabele en schone kamer, erg dichtbij het centraal station Rotterdam, heel handig!

Cons:

Het lampje van de pasjehouder bij de deur was erg fel in de nacht.

I should have paid extra to stay in some better hotel in Rotterdam
Pros:

Location is quite good to come to the train station by foot.
Rooms are nicely renovated inside.
Breakfast is nice for what you pay, and the staff at the breakfast is doing very good

Cons:

The price doesn't correspond to the value of what you get. We would have still rated the hotel better if not the following – there were two days of no cleaning in both of our rooms! Considering small size of the room, to have trash bins full for a couple of days is unacceptable! After my complaint, the receptionist proposed me to pack our garbage by ourselves and to put it out in the corridor... It's definitely not the service you pay for that much.
Still it seems some of the staff are doing their best in conditions they have.
Also the hotel is combined with a hostel, and you should expect to meet very different people in the corridors, so to say. We didn't feel ourselves 100% safe.

Emplacement est catastrophique l’établissement n’est pas propre vous ne pouvez pas garer votre véhicule à l’extérieur de l’établissement vous risquer de vous faire cassé les vitre de votre voiture.
Les chambres sont sales , l’ascenseur ne fonctionner pas on a dû monter et redescendre les étage à pied.

Pros:

L'emplacement. À proximité de la gare et du centre.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, très bruyant. 1 ascenseur HS, l' autre en mauvais état, il se bloque régulièrement.
Petit déjeuner un peu léger.
Je trouve que j'ai payé cher pour la qualité.
