A nice stay apart from the meal on the last night.
Pros:

Good value for the money paid and close to Rotterdam Centraal.
The bike hire was very convenient and the guy on the reception (I don’t know his name but he was from England) was very helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant located in the hotel was ok for breakfast but the service at dinner was pretty chaotic with food being put down, then taken away, then back again. A desert was ordered, didn’t turn up, then when queried, the wrong one was brought……twice.
I think this was due to lack of staff at a busy time.

Receptie weet niet hoe ze een factuur moeten maken, sturen of printen. Kost teveel tijd bij het uitchecken. Zou geolied moeten lopen.

one of the lift was out of service during our holiday and had to wait for the only one lift long time for everytime, and lifts and corridors were smell very badly weed.
