Alles sehr gut, gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr nettes, inhabergeführtes Hotel direkt an der Rheinpromenade. Schönes, hell und individuell eingerichtetes großes Zimmer/Appartment mit Balkon. Sehr gute Betten. insgesamt befanden sich in unserem Appartment 4 Einbaukleiderschränke und eine große Küchenzeile mit Backofen.

Gutes Frühstück mit frischen Bäckerbrötchen.
Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Hotel (vorher wg. Anreise und Parken).

Cons:

Wenn überhaupt etwas anzumerken wäre, dann wäre ein Austausch der Plastik-Zahnputzbecher gegen Gläser schöner.

​We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Hotel Rhein-Residenz, and it was a truly wonderful experience!

​The Pros:

​Unbeatable Location: Located right on the promenade, the Rhine is literally at your doorstep.

​Room Tip (Room 21): Make sure to book the double room with a balcony and river view. If you're looking for real romance, Room 21 is a must! It features a huge comfortable bed, a walk-in closet, a fridge, and a kettle.

​Exceptional Service: The staff accommodated every request immediately. We asked for firmer pillows, and they provided them right away. They also turned on light heating when it got chilly. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and had plenty of hot water.

​Parking: Convenient parking behind the hotel for just €5 a day.

​Summary:

Thank you to the hotel team for such a warm welcome and for making our anniversary so special. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Don't expect an overwhelming spread, but everything provided was fresh and tasty: great coffee, fresh bread, cold cuts, cheeses, and boiled eggs.

Pros:

Hotel mit Charme! Zimmer mit Rheinblick, kleines, aber feines Frühstück mit echter Rose und klassischer Musik. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Dass alles sauber und ordentlich war, versteht sich von selbst! Und das für einen sehr freundlichen Preis! Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem eleganten Ambiente, das Apartment ist groß, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der direkte Rheinblick ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiterin im Service war sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder auswählen und möchten es gern weiter empfehlen.
