Hôtel Le Savoy Méribel

Nice small hotel, friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Excellent location. I wish they had an outdoor hot tub but would go back in a flash.

Absolutely brilliant. Great staff, comfortable and modern. Right in the centre of town. Great bed and quiet. Good value.

We visited Hotel Savoy in Meribel in mid March for a three night ski trip. The hotel is located absolutely in the centre of Meribel , a short walk from thew Tourist office which has an escalator which allows you to access a is run into the main Chaudanne ski area. You need to look carefully how to ski back to the same escalator the first time you try it. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel itself was very pleasant although this is Meribel and you do not get a lot of room for your money in ski season. We just about had enough space in a standard room for two people for three days with one large suitcase.

Best location in Meribel and super supportive Staff who shuttles as back and forth to different restos! Will definitely return. Thank you

Location is great for restaurants. About a 5-10 minute walk back from the slopes, or a 2 minute walk to a connecting slope. Reception staff extremely nice and helpful. They sorted everything out for us - restaurant bookings, ski passes, equipment, etc. Extremely responsive and helpful. The room was decent sized, as advertised. Small but useful ski room. Very clean.

4 out of 5 solely because our room had a leak from the bathroom into the room so a part of the carpet was soaked after showering, and there was a slight smell while it was drying out. They tried to fix it, but at no point did the hotel staff offer another room, a small discount, or at least a free drink in their bar to say sorry. The problem persisted for all 5 nights, and the room was quite expensive, so definitely expected something.

Overall a lovely stay.

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Meribel, personnel avenant, bar confortable et magnifique salle à manger, mais le menu gagnerait à être plus varié, y ajoutant par exemple quelques plats savoyards.

The hotel is in a great location. you have a short walk to where you can ski down to a number of lifts and can ski back to that spot (office of Tourism, Meribel Centre). You can walk to a number of very nice restuarants. In short you can skip a car. The room was very well kept and the included breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful and booked lunches on the mountain for us.

Only downside was the bed/pillows. My child said she felt like she was sleeping on a cardboard box. Seems the hotel should invest in more comfortable beds. maybe it was only the single beds but I don't know.

Our second stay in Le Savoy and everything was perfect. This time we made use of the free shuttle service available at the hotel, to bring us to restaurants and activities around the valley - for example, to go to Mottaret in the evening and come back. The sauna and hammam are such a great addition after a day on the slopes. Afternoon tea time is excellent if a little expensive. Breakfast is great - unless you are vegan, although that stands for everywhere in the French mountains.

Um hotel muito bem localizado em Meribel. Uma equipa jovem é excepcional. Pequeno almoço bom. Achamos o quarto demasiado pequeno… compensava a varanda!

Great location in the centre of the town and relaxed but quality bar and restaurant.

Lovely hotel, very much enjoyed our 5 night stay. I would highly recommend staying. Perfect location!

Downside was the breakfast and the staff on duty very little attentiveness. Most mornings up and out, but be aware if your planning to have a lazy morning! 06:30 wake-up call from the snowplough every morning in the car park next to the hotel.

Really lovely little hotel in Meribel. Good for a short break, rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. Access to the slopes and the main lifts in Meribel Centre is only a 2 min walk across the road. Would stay again.

Staff was so helpful and friendly. Location was real close to ski lift. They have shuttle that takes you around and picks you up after. They suggested really good restaurants. They gave us assistance with anything, even with arranging a doctor appointment. We were so happy with our stay

This hotel is literally way beyond my expectation! It’s spacious and the staff is super nice! It’s right at the center of Méribel and is convenient to both slopes and shops. Super!

Stayed for 4 nights. Lovely bedroom, although bed rather hard.
Ate at restaurant two nights, everyone enjoyed their meal.
Centrally positioned, ski hire across the road and 5 minute walk to lift.
Bar is a good meeting place, interesting cocktails.
