The first impression at room, is not so...
Not good to say like this, but even I used to living in M'sia with traveling also, a bit worry about sanitary. The check in, before check in, not smooth communication, but not too bad, first time for me to stay bnb. Better to go SL floor to see views.

アパートメントホテルなので、「まとまった期間に滞在したらどうなのか？」を基準にチェックしました。
洗濯が毎日できるのは、ワイシャツ使う出張には便利。ついでにランニングするので、Tシャツ、短パン、ソックスなんかも洗えて便利でした。アイロンとアイロン台は古いけどあります。
何とキッチン側の２つもあるコンセントが通電しておらず、洗面所のソケットで電気ケトルを使用する羽目に。ここはマイナスでした。
ベッドの寝心地は万人向けで良いと思いました。
2泊しましたが、バスタオルのみ2枚置かれていました。バスルームにはシャンプー（ボトル破損）とシャワーソープが備え付けです。シャワーの湯量は不足なしです。
すぐ横を大通りが通っているので、静かとは言えません。
その分、コンビニや飲食店は至近にたくさんあります。ホテルの一階もレストランで便利です。モールも徒歩圏内です。
最上階のジムやプール（プールは入ってません）は良いと思います。
長期滞在のハードルは高めなのでこのような評価ですが、なかなかに悪くないとは思います。

モントキアラ側とデサスリハタマス側どちらにも行き来できる専用通路が使えるのでとても利便性が高いと思います。自分の泊まった部屋は特に車の音は気になりませんでした。

The landlord told us we are able to refund if we contact expedia ourselves. The reasons for wanting a refund and an early check out was due to the loud noise causing from the highway. I would not suggest anyone to stay here because the noise causing from the highway will disturb your sleep. The landlord was well aware of the issue and it can be seen that there were external seals on the window but it still doesn't help in preventing the noise. We then asked for a refund and the landlord agreed to refund us fully BUT HE DID NOT!

Pros:

Guests could not sleep due to the highway facing rooms. Very noisy. Propose to have better sound proof. Guests moved The Signature Hotel and even though the room was facing the highway, it wasn't as noisy and they could have a proper night's sleep.

Good location but just for sleeping Airbnb.
Pros:

不是酒店，只是一間民宿。床是ok的，我要求加床，但只提供薄軟地蓆(floor Mattress)而不是摺床(roll away bed)。我訂的房是Classic Apartment, 而只給我的房間是 Luxury Condo, 因我們三人都是成年人，一起在一間細房間睡眠就很不方便。Google map 顯示的位置很錯，使我們的司機也不知怎樣到達。網站上顯示的多張圖片有誤導。這只是一間度宿一宵的Apartment.

Nice shorty stay apartment close to amenities
Pros:

Good location with 1 Mont Kiara shopping centre 200m walking distance, Starbuck coffee nearby, lots of restaurant choices all within walking distance.
Nice pool. Apartment was clean and tidy
