Pros:

Great hotel in a great location. 3rd time staying here. Will come back again. Love this spot.

Cons:

Room service can be patchy, some time it's 10 out of 10 and other times could be 5 out of 10. Breakfast is average and generally food is ok, could be a lot better in my opinion. Kala on the main road is a great example of 10 out of 10 food.

Found out beach access after check out which was a bummer :(

Great Resort with Great Staff!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly! (especially my baby, which was very helpful at times). (Janu and Gratia were very helpful with my child!)

The facilities were great, the food was great, and the pool was great!

Cons:

I liked how friendly and helpful all the staff was.
