Very clean good value for money and would deffo stay again
Pros:

The property has of street parking was very clean and the staff could not have been more helpful

Cons:

A little noisey through the night with traffic though I had the window open so as to cool the room so? Very minor and self inflicted

Hotel antiguo pero con encanto. Trato muy familiar a la vez que profesioal
Pros:

El trato del personal excelente. Aunque es un hotel antiguo, ha sido reformado y actualizado. Mantiene su encanto aunque se nota que hay cosas antiguas, pero se nota el esfuerzo de actualozación. Se puede aparcar justo detrás del hotel sin necesidad de pagar.

El colhón en concreto era bastante antiguo (de muelles)

El personal es excelente, muy atento en todo muy profesional.

Cons:

El hotel necesita un lavado de cara, no hay aire acondicionado, el desayuno carece de platos calientes.

In desperate need for a refresh and some soundproofing
Pros:

Good location, parking at the property, friendly staff, good restaurant

Cons:

Not superclean (carpets not very well vacuumed, stuff under the bed from previous guests), building heats up and there is no airco, no coffee in the room, very few plugs (we had to choose between charging the phone and using the fan), very noisy (can hear everything from rooms upstairs).

Aceptable.
Pros:

El edificio era antiguo muy bonito, pero el hotel necesita algo de reforma.

Cons:

La moqueta de la habitación, tenía manchas. No había aire acondicionado.

I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant.

And room was very nice.

The town was very friendly.

Good parking for my motorcycle.

Cons:

A little late getting my room ready for checking in

Hard to find the car park
Although this was not the hotels fault.

Local authority had been playing with traffic regulations and Garmin as usual was rubbish😜

Comfortable accommodation but the rooms could use a little TLC/refurbishment
Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful old building in a convenient location not far from Durango's Old Town. Check-in and check-out were smooth and the room was comfortable. I was grateful when the housekeeping staff made my bed up without the duvet (it was too hot for a heavy cover) after noting that I wasn't using it.

Cons:

The decor/finish was tired-looking: for example, the carpets and rugs were faded and worn (a small rug had been used to cover a particularly bad bit of carpet!), and the paint was flaking on the window-frame in the bathroom. The linen also looked old (there was lots of bobbling on the blanket on the bed). To be honest, the room looked nicer in the photos, but all in all, I had a comfortable stay.

A great couple of nights.
Pros:

My room was a spacious twin room that was clean, tidy, and with a fridge, which was appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well with the window open as there wasn't AC, although there was a fan.

The shower was hot and powerful, and towels, etc. were clean and plenty.

When I booked in, the women on reception was informative, helpful, and efficient at providing secure storage for my bicycle.

Breakfast was lovely, tasty, and sustaining, and the staff member who served me was efficient and engaging.

The location of the hotel is central for most things.

I would stay here again.

Cons:

There was nothing with which to find any fault.
