Très bien pour une nuit
Pros:

L’appartement hôtel était très bien propre, calme, bien situé. Nous avons été très content de notre hébergement.

Le lit extrêmement dure, et portant nous dormons dans un lit ferme chez nous mais s’était vraiment dure.

Pros:

The location was good. The apartment was spacious. The lady who helped me move apartment was lovely.

Cons:

The kitchen wasn’t clean, especially the glasses. The bed was so hard and very uncomfortable even with a mattress topper. The room doesn’t look anything like how it is advertised and it’s a lot of money for what you get.

Smidig incheckning och utcheckning. Fräscha rum. Nära till allt man vill vara nära i Hanoi. Vi kunde gå till allt.

Old quarter experience
Pros:

We arrived so late and we had some problems. The owner lady was so helpfull. Location is very nice. It has angood cost-to-benefit ratio.

The apartment is an old building in a local area, but inside the rooms are renovated.

Appartement bien situé en-dehors du vieux quartier
Pros:

Appartement bien situé dans Hanoi. Personnel très réactif (lorsque nous avons eu un problème de chauffage, l’intervention a été faite dans la demi-heure). Très accommodant avec l’horaire alors que nous sommes arrivés en retard suite à un problème d’avion. La boulangerie à côté est très appréciée. Nous avons fait toutes nos excursions à pied depuis l’appartement.

Cons:

Appartement vieillissant avec un manque d’ustensiles de cuisine, l’eau chaude qui nous a lâché la veille de notre départ et un chauffage non dimensionné pour l’appartement (il faisait froid dans l’appartement malgré le chauffage). Les lits sont très durs.

2 seperate bedrooms

Cons:

The man who greeted us did not speak English. Made it pretty difficult. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, there was no where to relax other than lie on hard bed.
