Pros:

The hotel is located very close to a metro station, so it’s very easy to get around Tokyo by public transport. There are numerous places to eat very nearby. There is also a 7-Eleven across the street. It’s located in a fairly quiet part of Tokyo. We were able to open the windows for fresh air.

Cons:

As Americans, we are used to larger rooms than are available in Japan. Even though I booked a larger room with a sofa, as we were staying six nights and wanted to be comfortable, the space felt cramped. I acknowledge that I am judging by American standards and that this is no fault of the Japanese standards.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Great room, bathroom was amazing. Location is very convenient being within walking distance to amenities and subway lines. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Street noise was a little loud at times, there was a humming sound emitting from somewhere but stopped between 11pm-7am ish. Beds were some of the hardest we experienced.

Le personnel est à disposition pour toutes questions.

Pros:

A localização do hotel é incrível. Ele está em um bairro com muito movimento, perto de uma estação de metro e de muitos restaurantes. A estação de metro tem várias linhas disponíveis o que promove uma boa mobilidade por Tokyo. Os quartos são pequenos como a maioria dos quartos de hotéis em Tokyo, mas são funcionais e com uma decoração sóbria. As camas são boas e o enxoval (lençóis e tolhas) são de excelente qualidade. O banheiro é pequeno (como a maioria em Tokyo) mas funcional e com amenidades, secador de cabelo e um bom chuveiro! Os atendentes são muito prestativos e as arrumadeiras simpáticas. O hotel tem um restaurante que serve o café da manhã com 05 opções. O lobby do hotel é pequeno e aconchegante com uma máquina de café e de água. Na frente do hotel tem uma loja de conveniência da 7-eleven e muitas outras estão a poucos passos. Nos hospedamos em 05 quartos. Estávamos em 10 pessoas e todos gostaram ha hospedagem 10/10. Esta foi a minha segunda vez no Hotel Risveglio Akasaka.

Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. The location is very convenient, the hospitality was amazing and with very low noise. I highly recommend this hotel.
If I ever return to Tokyo I will be staying here again!!

Average. Few amenities unlike other hotels. Expensive and less value.
Pros:

The only thing I liked about the property was its convenient location.

Cons:

It was dirty. Carpet was clearly not vacuumed often especially in the corners where dust was caked up. All surfaces were dusty. Walls included. Stains on walls. Staff were not as polite as expected. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Great stay, I'll be back!
Pros:

Great location, just a short walk to 2 different subway lines. The street has a number of fantastic restaurants and bars, but the hotel itself is nice and quiet. Room was comfortable and very clean. Small, but perfect for a solo traveller.

Cons:

Quite a few LED lights in the room (air con, smoke detector, light switches) and the blind is a bit small for the window, making it hard if you're sensitive to light when sleeping.

Great area maybe would chose a different hotel next time.
Pros:

It was in a great part of Tokyo with lots of restaurants and night life. Easy to get around as the metro was literally 5 mins away.

Cons:

The room was so small. We couldn’t even open our suitcases unless we put them on the bed. You could only get out of one side of the bed as one was right next to the wall.
