Very pleasant!
Pros:

We had stayed there before and liked the location as it was easy to get around Tokyo. We also really liked the breakfast included and thought it was a good value for money.

Cons:

Like a lot of Tokyo hotels it was a bit on the small side but that was to be expected. Also toothpaste was provided in sachets instead of little tubes so it could get everywhere.

Pros:

The location is excellent, quiet but well connected and close to everything. The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and kind. The included breakfast is perfect and has a good variety.
