露天風呂が無い
Pros:

施設の規模に対して温泉浴場が狭くて薄汚い。また、朝は9時半までと落ち着かない。食事は平均的。

Pros:

古さはありましたが感じの良いホテルです。室内は清潔でした。チェックインの際、夕食は和洋どちらか選ぶ事が出来ました。２食付きでコスパ良し。

食堂が寒い、食事が、残念
Pros:

10月だったが部屋の空調は冷房専用になっていたがスイッチを入れても効き目を感じなかった。
また食事処は和も洋も空調が効いておらず寒かった。
夕食は和洋を選べたが、朝食はバイキングだったが2日共全く同じメニューで残念だった。

Pros:

ゆっくりと過ごせました。
インターンの方？だと思いますが、夕食時に、聞きとりが不十分なところがあり、日本人スタッフに再度お願いしたりしました。
（別に不満なわけではありません）

Pros:

ホテルの方たちがどなたもたいへん親切でした。
和食のお米が地元秋保産ひとめぼれというのが、個人的にはもっとも気に入りました。おいしかったです。
交通の便がけっこうたいへんです。仙台駅とホテルの間のシャトルバスは便利、前日までの予約が必要です。秋保からのタクシー移動は、前もって手配したほうがいいと思います。

食事は美味しかったです。
Pros:

土産の品揃えが少な過ぎる。もう少し充実して欲しい。近郊の見どころスポットなどの情報提供も少ない。
親子、兄弟、総勢7名での旅の締めくくりに選ばせて頂きました。

夕食を個室で準備して下さり、お料理も美味しく、静かに会食でき満足です。
強いて言えば、素敵なお料理なのに、お品書きもなく、料理説明が無かったのが残念んです。
