Un bon séjour, un personnel à l’écoute et sympathique
Pros:

son emplacement et le restaurant , son rapport qualité prix

Cons:

une plaque de cuisine qui fonctionnait très mal et que nous n’avons pu utiliser

Decent hotel, bad experience
Pros:

- the hotel is right next to the beach
- all rooms have sea views and balconies
- free parking on premise
- clean-ish, they changed our towels after 2 days, washed the floors on day 3 ( we stayed 4 days)

Cons:

- a bit dated, the shower head was really old, same as the AC, light switches, power sockets - everything was old-ish, but ok let's say
- what I most disliked was the man looking over the restaurant. We didn't have breakfast included in the room's price, but we went there and we would pay extra. That guy insisted we pay cash, it almost didn't matter the currency as long as it was cash. We got no receipt, of course, and he charged us 14 leva each just to find out at the checkout that the breakfast was in fact 12 leva. It's not about the money, it's just disgusting when people still try to fool you for a such a small amount, just because they can. Next to Oasis there is another hotel from the same chain, we went there 2 days in a row, we payed 12 leva for a better breakfast and we got a receipt. So much for customer safisfaction and going back there ever again.

Pros:

Отлично местоположение. Не съм имала закуска. В стаята имаше всички удобства да си правя закуска. Направи ми впечатление тишината и спокойствието, което аз търсех.

Great location, great staying
Pros:

Fantastic location just on the beach! Best possible view!
Kind manager, always there to support!
You can eat at Oasis or Helios Hotel. I recomand Helios for breakfast and Oasis for dinner.

Cons:

Simple room with key locks.

Pros:

This is our second year already at Oasis. I absolutely love the location and the cleanliness. Very nice staff, decent amenities, nothing to complain about!

Cons:

The TV. But who cares about that anyway:)))

Very good location for a weekend in Balcik
Pros:

Sea view, listening the sound of waves in the night, location, friendly staff, big room, comfortable bed, good value of money

Cons:
