Friendly manager/owner, dirty everything else
Pros:

The stuff was ok. The Manager or owner Dang Khiem is friendly and helpful. Helped me get a taxi when i was stranded. Communicates well and promptly . Bedding clean, TV works

Cons:

It is the dirtiest most place i have ever stayed at! The bedding was surprisingly clean but everything was filthy! The walls, the floor, the shower curtain has mold in it. The room with a bathtub has torn curtains and spider webs. I had to use a wet wipe to clean the dresser so i can atleast eat
