仕事で利用させていただくにはとても良いです。
Pros:

目的の場所に近く、料金もリーズナブル、連泊もお願いできるので2度目の利用です。

Cons:

今回2泊目の時に、部屋着が1着しかなくて困りました。

よかったけど、もっとよくなりそう
Pros:

入室、退室共にゆっくな時間でよかったです。
あと、布団がすごく寝やすく、朝食も部屋でゆっくり食べれるのでよかったです。

Cons:

フェイスタオルがちょっとボロボロでした…
あと、あれば、加湿器が欲しかったです。

ラブホテルではあるものの非常に快適、宿泊には何の問題もない。ホスピタリティ、心遣いを感じる経営。モーニングは格安でとても美味しい。トースト、サラダ、コーヒー。ゆで卵にはちゃんと塩まで用意してくれて、何とも暖かいもてなし。清潔な風呂はバブルバスで快適。ビルは古いが、中はきちんとリノベされており、この価格はありがたい。

出張でラブホ宿泊
Pros:

出張で利用しました。
立地最高でコンビニ、繁華街近いので夕食の心配はありません。
ラブホなので、風呂トイレ別ですし、部屋が広く快適でした。ただし、まあまあ古いのですごい清潔な感じではありません。
敷地内の地下の駐車場を利用しましたがめっちゃ狭いです。コンパクトカーのみのイメージ。他にも駐車場ある様ですのでそちらにした方が良さそうです。
総合すると、良かったのだ。また、利用したいと思います。

汚い水が・・・
Pros:

繁華街からはほど近い所にあります。
近辺のビジネスホテルに泊まるよりは、バス・トイレが別になっており、その点では良かったです。
部屋の広さもまぁまぁでしたが、一つだけ残念だったのはお風呂の排水口が詰まっており、すぐに水が溜まってきました。
フロントに連絡を入れ清掃の方に来てもらい対処してもらいましたが、改善には至らず。
リノベーションはしてありますが、根本的に建物が古いのかそのへんでは不満が残りました。
