Pros:

I like the location but it is difficult when it comes to find public transportation i.e : online car/online motor bike. I also like the twin bed size is comfortable for two person.

Cons:

The cleanliness is poor, i need to chance the pillow case as the color is already yellowish. I also find the bathroom door is broken and cannot propely closed, and the balcony door's key was also broken. In addition the bathroom glasses appeared unwashed as I noticed some dirty spots and residue on them. Given the experience, I feel the quality provided does not justify the price of IDR 750,000/night.

La habitación es tan grande como el baño. En general, muy cómoda y agradable, nos gustó tanto a mi mujer como a mí.

Cons:

Las sábanas no estaban del todo limpias.
La televisión tenía muy mala calidad de imagen.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly

Cons:

The breakfast was very confusing. On the 3 days we had 3 different services. First morning the food was clearly made long before we arrived so the food was tepid. It was also meat when we asked for vegetarian options. When asking for fruit salad, we were given fruit covered in mayonnaise and cheese (perhaps a cultural thing but we've never seen this before in our travels). Second morning, it was sent to our room 45 mins early so woke us up. Third morning was great; we arrived at the restaurant and then ordered; plus there was a buffet.

building needs updated, at least paint the wall will make the hotel better

Pros:

The view from the room and the air was so fresh. The room is big. Have balconi.

Cons:

The lift and hallway's carpet are dirty. The breakfast at 9 am already empty.
The direction to the location is missleading. We follow google map and it brought us to dead end. Luckily we call the hotel and someone meet us and lead us to the hotel.

Hundreds of improvement needed
Pros:

Weather is superb and view from rooftop also nice.

Cons:

Rooms were poor, Do not disturb sign was hang on the door and without my permission they still enter my room to fix the broken door lock. Bed was broken with cracking sound when you move your body while sleeping. Terrible experience 👎
