Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, mooie residentie, kamer/appartement was heel proper en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, zwembad is een pluspunt heel relaxed. Hier kom ik zeker nog terug!!

Relax pace e tranquillità, una vera coccola!

Il servizio è stato ottimo da parte dei proprietari davvero una gentilezza unica e pronti a rendere il soggiorno perfetto.
La pace e la tranquillità che ci ha trasmesso il luogo sono stati divini.
Per l’occasione del concerto a cui abbiamo partecipato la proprietà ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino assolutamente gradito il gesto.
È stato un weekend perfetto e stiamo già progettando per tornare per goderci altri momenti di relax.

The apartment is clean, quiet, beautiful, comfortable mattress. The garden is very beautiful, too bad we arrived after they closed the pool.

Very close to Florence and the Chianti area. Easily accessible.

Cons:

We had a bit of difficulty finding the key (we got there after check in time). It would have been nice to get some of the information in advance via email, like the map of the place.

Everything else was great. It was weird to be asked to take our own trash out. Not to mention the toilet paper rule. It costs next to nothing, why wouldn’t you just provide it?

لن تشعر بالندم لانه من الخيارات الجيدة في فلورنسا ، عوضا عن غرفها وفنادقها الضيقة ..

موظفة الاستقبال أليساندرا كانت محترفة في التعامل ولديها سعة بال، الفندق في مكان آمن ولديهم ابواب وتأمين عالي .. كما انه الوصول الية ليس صعبا ، اللندق يقع في مكان مرتفع وجيد لمن يرغب في زيارة فلورنسا وبعدها في زيارة بعض الارياف القريبه في اقليم توسكانا .. كان هناك موطفا او مالكا لاحد العقارات ، كان شخصية لطيفه للغاية وشخص مضياف وحسن الخلق ، بلكونة الغرفه رقم 38 كانت واسعة ،

- عليك ان تفهم انه هذا ليس فندقا هوه عبارة عن شقق للايجار ويتم ادارتها من قبل مُشغل ، (لن تحصل على تنظيف يومي ) كما انه كفنادق أرياف اوروبا لا يوجد من يساعدك على حمل الحقائب على الرغم من انه المسافه قريبه بين موقف السياره وبين الغرفة ..
- لا توجد مراوح شفط في دورة المياة ..
- لم استمتع بالطبخ لانه المطبخ مقابل لسرير النوم

La Toscane magnifique !!

L'endroit est magnifique très calme les appartements sont très bien propre la dame a l'accueil très souriante franchement pas très loin de Florence à 20mn à peu près nous y sommes allés pour les vacances de la Toussaint la résidence ne sert plus de petit déjeuner à cette période de l'année mais vous avez des bars dans tous les villages au alentour ou vous pourrez déjeuner du salé ou du sucré
Nous y retournerons sans problème
