Parking is on first-come, first-served basis. However, there is free on-street parking available after 16:00 in the local area.

Excellent location with very helpful & friendly staff
Just the shower that wasn’t very good
Nice staff, great location, comfortable bed and Albert our friendly herring gull that visited us every morning on the windowsill.
Parking wasnt great but cant be helped. Hotel was dated eg large section of wallpaper was hanging off for duration of our stay. In general could do with some tlc.
The sea room view made our stay extra special and The free parking a real plus comfortable hotel with nice friendly staff.

Great location and cheap price
Lacking facilities in the rooms, no hair drier or iron. Rooms were a bit tired and need a refurbishment. Bathroom had a foul sewer smell.
Location on Promenade by beach fantastic. Also a short walk to Llandudno town centre, and pier. Very pleasant hotel.
Parking area a shade tight for manouvering but ok.

We had a nice stay at the Central Hotel, friendly staff professional and polite. Our only negative was no curtains in our room. We had a blind but wasn't a black out blind so from first light the room was flooded with light. I would invest in black out blinds or curtains to sort this problem. Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on the food.

Die Lage an der Promenade am Meer ist toll!
Wir hatten zuerst ein sehr kleines Zimmer, konnten dann in ein grösseres Zimmer wechseln, das ganz toll war

The twin beds were uncomfortable, and the room had no view, and was overlooked!
The inside bathroom door handle was loose, so did not risk closing the door!
Was woken by a dripping sound very early in the morning, to find that water was leaking through the bathroom ceiling when the above room was using the shower!
The water was leaking above our toilet, through the extractor fan, and the floor was also affected, making the toilet unusable, and the floor slippy!

Staff were apologetic when checking out, but no discount or refund was offered!

Good sized modern lift, spacious room with very comfortable bed. Very modern ensuite, quiet and effective fan in bedroom was most welcome during the hot weather. Car park, though tight, was a real bonus. Smart and comfortable public areas.
Ensuite could have been bigger. Lighter summer weight duvet would have been better.
