Very nice in a good position.
Too many stairs on the floors once you came out of the lift. 7 steps down and 7 steps up to the room. My husband I’d disables and struggled with the stairs. We were not told about them beforehand. Had I been told I never would have booked there.

How close to location to town and theatre
We stayed in room 1 on ground floor no door between hallway and bar making it very noisy with customers in bar at night

The hotel had lift which was good for my husband as he struggles on his legs.didnt experience the breakfast as we ate out.the room was clean beds comfy
Would of preferred just a shower as my husband struggled to get in and out of bath for shower I was fine but he couldn't get comfy in bath /shower
The hotel was excellent in that it was on the promenade and overlooking the sea. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was at the front of the hotel and we had a sea view.. It was very clean and well furnished
It wasn't really disabled friendly, as we had to get on 2 lifts to get to our room. There was no disabled facilities in the bathroom. The shower had no rails to hold onto. The floor was slippery and there was no mat to stand on. There wasn't any rails on the toilet either.

Needs upgrading, room wasn't great , level of cleanliness needs looked at , pillow cases very dirty had to ask for them to be changed , then discovered the sheets were dirty too , the thick cover in the drawer under wardrobe was absolutely filthy. Handle on shower was broke didnt get fixed until next day and they just put one of those helping hands on it. Towels are very very small as well as shower isnt much room for getting washed in and im a petite lady. Bathroom needs looked at the finish round the edging of bathroom hadnt been finished off and was very dirty , random small holes in bathroom wall , light on mirror in bathroom didnt work and lamp at side of bed didnt work. Curtains in room werent long enough and didnt fit windows so light came in from underneath from the lights in the car park. Whole place just needs a good clean and needs some money spent on finishing off the things that need finished properly.
