Great value hotel with excellent staff.
Pros:

Nice double room with a view of the Snowdonia mountain range. It was very clean, good hospitality tray including biscuits. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast menu had a good choice & the food was delicious. Was offered a second pot of tea & asked if we wanted more toast.
There was handy free parking at the rear of the hotel.

Cons:

Our room only had a small en suite in it & the corner shower cubicle was very small. The sink was tiny and shallow also, which resulted in water inadvertently dripping on the floor.

Pros:

I loved the friendly staff they even put balloons and banners up in the room for my birthday. They couldn't do more to make our stay special romanda was one wonderful lady . The hotel looks well kept and clean . Will defo stay again x

The location was perfect room lovely view and bed was very comfortable. Car parking facilities are a big plus. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was perfect.

There was no heating in bathroom and the sink was block water not going down properly.
