Oh my goodness. What can I say about this lovely Family run sea side Hotel. It is in an excellant location for Theatre, shops, Pier, the clue is in the name Central . Front Entrance few steps to enter, reception someone will greet you Mo, Bobby, or Raimunda normally one of those. Should they of been called away ring bell. There is lge screen TV , bar & seating, through to next lounge again lots seating lge screen TV. Lift to all floors. Dining room is big, well set out, Breakfast is extra and has an excellant choice, Cereals, youghurts, juices, then the main cooked breakfast has many choices, also caters for Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Raimunda breakfasts are just perfect, and poached eggs are spot on👌 great way to start the day.There is a Free Carpark for approx 12 cars first come. There is a lift to floors, some rooms you may have few stairs after you leave lift to access them, so we stay 2nd floor we go to level 3 so we can go down steps to our room as that's easier than having go up a few for us. Rooms are spotless, never had problem stayed many times in last 2yrs,but feels like we have been coming so much longer as here often.it feels like home,in fact we are there every month. Sometimes 2,4, or 7nights.since we found this hotel we wouldn't go anywhere else, we always feel like we are visiting family nothing is to much trouble and it's been like that since first time we walked through the front door. Rooms have tea/coffee milk, water etc, telephone to contact reception, TV. Bins are emptied daily, Towels changed as required. We have lge Seaview 2 comfy armchairs in it looking out to Llandudno bay, hard to get my husband to leave it. Bathroom including shower in bath, most rooms have this, few do have walk in shower only. We have stayed sml double, twin, Queen room all have been excellant and spotlessly clean well decorated. So if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, friendly that nothing is to much trouble, this is the Hotel to go to. Excellant value Ring direct to book or get a price on

Located on the sea front close to all amenities. Private parking at the rear. Host was so friendly, cheerful and happy to help. Room and communal areas all spotlessly clean. On site bar was reasonably priced.

The friendly greeting of the owner and staff. The hotel was spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of seating areas to choose from and relax with a drink. Not far from the local shops and amenities. Beach on doorstep and free parking at rear.

Location and how clean it was
Stayed here a number of times when working in Llandudno and never had a problem. Excellent value for money (particularly off-season) and always handy to have free on site parking. Excellent breakfast!
Only small negative is the single rooms are VERY small indeed and it's sometimes hard to find staff when checking inn.
Location is amazing, sea view rooms give you a fantastic view. Walkable to all the local attractions and high street for any restaurants. Receptionists are warm and friendly. Safe and accessible with lift to all floors. Minimal toiletries provided, less value for money paid.
The bathroom is small and cramped. The room is dated, with no cupboards to hang clothes. Only an open clothes rails, that stands above a set of drawers. The mirror door (opposite the bed) cannot be closed, and even if you kept something heavy. The sofas take up a lot of room in the corner and getting to sit on it requires you to be of child like size! Beds were not comfortable.
