Pros:

This was a nice hotel the staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved that it was right across the street from the concert venue. I will definitely book again.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay.
Pros:

I don't know about the breakfast didn't get it. Actual walked to Midnight dinner. Breakfast were a little pricey at AC. The location for the reason I was in town was excellent. I was in town for the Hornets game. The location was perfect

Pros:

We loved the view from our room and it was walking distance to good places.

Cons:

The bathroom. It was very big and beautiful.But the lights were to dim and the shower needed more pressure.

Unhappy 🙁
Pros:

Toilet stopped up and wasnt fixed. Maintainence showed up when it was time for us to check out. That's unexceptable.
TV didnt work. We were told by another Maintainence worker there's a short in the and its been like that. Very displeased especially for the fact that I paid over $300 fir one night.

Room was as expected for this type/level of hotel. King bed with couch, table and desk. Comfortable bed. Clean. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

We come to Charlotte every time for a game next year. We will also go and stay at the property.
Pros:

It was so close to lots of activities and restaurants

Cons:

The elevators took forever to get up or down, depending on where you want to be you almost had to go up to go down

Pros:

it was a good stay (3 nights), great location especially if you are going to a hornets game.

Cons:

i needed fresh towels + wash cloths, i asked on 2 different days. the first day i called down to the front desk they stated someone will be right up to give them to us, waited for hours and nobody came. we so happened to see housekeeping cleaning another room and gave us some off the cart. another day we stopped by the front desk, she also stated they will have someone bring them to our room, again waited and nobody came. we saw another housekeeper and asked her she mentioned she didn't have any on her cart but told another housekeeper and said she will bring them to our room, waited AGAIN & still nobody came.
