Pretty good, would stay again
Pros:

I loved the location of the property. I went to a NBA game and the hotel was literally across the street. Talk about convenient! I liked the decor of the hotel. The energy seemed calm and nice , and the staff members were pleasant as well.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the water was lukewarm. It never got hot. And $330 for one night at a hotel was definitely overpriced but … what isn’t overpriced these days I guess. Other than that. No complaints.

Lovely location and outstanding customer service with kindness
Pros:

Outstanding staff, very responsive and kind, facing a winter storm they performed admirably

Excellent you won't be disappointed in your stay
Pros:

Stepping in to the property almost seemed luxurious. It smelled amazing. The staff was very helpful and patient. I had just booked my room through a 3rd party and the reservation was not showing on the hotel's end. The staff was very diligent in continuing the search- very pleasant- she held a great conversation while waiting for the reservation to show. The room was amazing, beds were comfortable. I love the different restaurants within the hotel and those that were near in walking distance

Cons:

The lighting- the lights are always so low and dim even in the bathroom.
