Overall I would stay here again as I said due to the convenience of its location and comfortable and clean beds/bath
Pros:

The convenience of this property was the most appealing thing about it. The beds, linens and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

The floors in our room were not the cleanest. The coffee station in our room did not have much of a variety or anything to stir with. The site said breakfast was included but it is $17 per person or you can buy food from the canteen area. For the price of the room I would have expected a complimentary breakfast. The worst part was the long wait for the elevator that is shared with the other hotel and rooftop restaurant.

Great location elevator slow
Pros:

Great convenient location

Cons:

The elevators were super hard to catch. Some levels only stopped if someone was getting off there so if you’re waiting to get on there then you’re waiting for a very long time.

Pros:

RootTop top tier! The food was good. It's elevated bar food.
It's in walking distance to alot of restaurant and places to visit. Great location. This is my 2nd visit and I will be booking here more in tge future.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like it too forever when getting ready to leave the elevators were taking forever! But to be expected on a Sunday a checkout

Very nice location, easy to get in and out of the hotel. Easy access to the downtown events!

The room was not fully clean still. Had to wait to extra hours after my check in time to be able to access the room. The staff was not helpful after explaining my concerns.

Great location and lovely stay.
Pros:

Great location - in walking distance to Epicentre, Spectrum Center, Truist Field as well as restaurants and bars. Rooms were very nice and clean.

Cons:

Did not like the line to get back inside the hotel after the show we saw at the Spectrum center.

Clean and nice and close to a lot of nice restaurants and conveniently across the street from the Spectrum Center
Pros:

Love the location with so many things in walking distance

Cons:

Strange set up with so many other hotels and things that made it a little confusing getting around the building, checking in, and getting to the room. But wasn’t too bad!
