Hotel itself was nice, little over priced.
Pros:

The hotel is located right across the Spectrum Center, walk over to event. Walking distance of lots of restaurants. From desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Getting in and out of the parking garage can get bottlenecked at times and the elevators were ridiculously slow. You could smell the use of weed from the people hanging outside around the hotel every time we left and came back.

ONE OF MY FAVS!
Pros:

This is my favorite hotel in Charlotte. The location is excellent!! Smells great and clean.

Cons:

Fridge didn’t work, two small bottles of water and sliding door (bathroom) was off the track.

Never Again
Pros:

The closeness to our concert.

Cons:

The room was tight and the walls were thin. I could not sleep because of the noise from both our neighbors. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and the smell in the hallway of marijuana was terrible.

Pros:

The hotel is very nice and clean. I usually stay at AC hotels when I travel.

Cons:

I mistakenly paid twice for the room. I prepaid before arriving with Affirm and then was charged again at check in. I spoke with staff inperson and on the phone several times and no one seems to find both payments. I am fully disappointed that this issue couldn't be easily resolved. Right now I am out of up to 6 hundred dollars.

I’d love to come back.
Pros:

Beautiful location, rooftop restaurant/bar with a gorgeous view of the city and the spectrum stadium. Staff were amazing and very helpful.

Cons:

The fridge only two very small bottles of water as a complimentary drink and there’s a no smoking policy but I kept smelling weed from the room next door.

Great visit!
Pros:

We came in town to go to a hornets game. The hotel is directly across the street and very convenient. The staff was great. The hotel was clean also. This will be my permanent place to stay when I come into town

Overall experience was amazingly great no really major issues I would definitely stay there again
Pros:

Perfect place and right in the middle of everything that we had planned to do very convenient

Cons:

Hair in the bathroom floor and the elevators took a long time but it is a very busy area

Our stay was fabulous. I would love to stay here everytime but I paid $404 for one night.
Pros:

The location was great we didn't have to move the car, once parked, we were able to walk everywhere. The staff was fabulous! The breakfast was mediocre. Luckily we got it free because it wasn't worth $16.

Cons:

The breakfast options. It gave continental and added eggs and sausage.
