I asked for a 4 am wake up call as I had an early flight out, never received the call, went downstairs and wife said staff was dozing on the lobby couch, if my stepson didn't call us at 4:30 am we would have missed our flight home.

great place, location, facility, I will definitely stay again but hiding fees is not fare
Pros:

I didn't buy breakfast but buying coffe from the place was not the best experience, it took forever 2 coffees and the attendant was not very social

Cons:

paying for parking and that was never mention when I did the reservation, I don't like hiding fees
the attendant at the Starbucks desk was not very friendly,
