Pros:

Traumhaft schöne Anlage mit exotischer Begrünung. Viele leckere Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Neue, modern und trotzdem gemütlich gestaltetes Zimmer mit Balkon. Top Tennis / Padel Club in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Co najwyżej poprawny, raczej rozczarowanie. Nie sądzę, że wrócę.

Zapach we wnętrzach, wystrój, dostęp do restauracji

Cons:

HAŁAS!!! Imprezy w nocy do 3 godziny (w tym w nocy przed naszym wylotem), selekcja „na bramce” w głównym barze - 2 noce z rzędu nie wpuszczono nas jako gości hotelowych na główny plac, bo „impreza zamknięta”, chyba że kupimy z mężem całą butelkę wódki 😳. Po mojej interwencji stolik się znalazł. REMONTY w całym obiekcie, w tym główny basen i restauracja przy plaży, więc śniadania nie są w formie bufetu tylko z karty. Obsługa na śniadaniu- mimo całej moje sympatii do nich, trochę nie ogarnia tego chaosu na śniadaniu i takiej ilości zamówień. Nobu Pool niby tylko dla dorosłych (nie ma nigdzie oficjalnej informacji), a na pozostałych 2 basenach hałas bo małe dzieci i odgłosy remontu, więc kiedy poszliśmy do Nobu Pool, bo było najciszej, chciano nas wyrzucić z dziećmi (młodzież 16 lat). Za tą kwotę, która się płaci za hotel oraz kwotę, którą wydaliśmy w restauracjach i barach spodziewaliśmy się relaksu na wysokim poziomie, a nie wykłócania o bar czy leżak i hałasu przez całą noc. Totalny brak oficjalnej KOMUNIKACJI o tym wszystkim przed zameldowaniem sprawia, że oferta moim zdaniem jest niezgodna z tym, za co zapłaciliśmy (np. zdjęcia głównego basenu na bookingu, a jest on zamknięty!). Obsługa mogłaby się uczyć komunikacji i poziomu zaopiekowania klientem np. od Nobu Warszawa, bo to totalnie inny level.

Cons:

Worst experience ever !!!!
During my stay at Nobu Hotel Marbella, I was bitten by bed bugs (photos attached). This is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

Additionally, I left my vest with headphones in my hotel room. Despite immediate contact and assurances that the room was checked, nothing was found. I am certain the items were left there.

Very disappointing experience.
