Pros:

The amount of restaurants and ease of booking , the location and Beach so close!
The beautiful trees & flower around the property , the different pools.

Cons:

The noise from the bar & other restaurants was very loud , some nights we couldn’t get to sleep until around 2am when they turned the music off.

Don’t bother it’s badged as nobu - just a part of punte Romano
Pros:

Nice clean room - decent size for a plus room (not a suite)

Cons:

It’s more of a resort undergoing a lot of building work and with a noisy bar (outside our room) !
