Perfection.
Pros:

The hotel is nothing short of exceptional from the rooms, the food, the venue to the staff. Perfect for a couple of a family and will be returning. They made it a very memorable experience and we loved it.

Sehr nettes Personal an Rezeption, Fahrer, Housekeeping! Schöne Lage am Meer . Man ist direkt bei den Restaurants. Leckeres Frühstück. Schöne Grünanlage und geschmackvoller Eingangsbereich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist wie ein Feriendorf angelegt, nicht besonders leise. Zum Frühstück musste man ein paar Minuten zum Strand laufen. Das Frühstück gab es in einem Strandrestaurant a la carte. Dafür sehr lecker. Und frisch! Organisatorisch eine Katastrophe beim Frühstück Als Hotelgast wird man nicht zuvorkommender behandelt als Gäste, die von auswärts ins Restaurant kommen.

Trotz rundem Geburtstag keine Glückwünsche vom Hotel.
Zimmerausstattung einfach, nicht 5 Sterne. Treppenhaus, Fliesen , Pool Bereich Boden müssten renoviert werden .

Pool extrem gut fotografiert auf der Website. Im Übrigen kann man nur bis zu den Knien darin stehen. Kaffee am Pool war lauwarm, nach einer wirklich freundlichen Reklamation wurde in die gleichen Tassen Wasser aus der Thermosflasche nachgegossen, so dass dieser wieder lauwarm und verdünnt war und uns wortlos serviert wurde. Selten so eine unfreundliche Bedienung erlebt. Geht gar nicht für 5 Sterne.
Hotelanlage kann von allen externen Restaurantbesuchern und des Clubs durchlaufen werden, so das permanent fremde Leute durch den Garten bzw. die Anlage laufen. Exklusivität ist nicht gegeben.

Excellent food and facilities. Friendly welcoming staff and very clean rooms and hotel.

Pros:

The amount of restaurants and ease of booking , the location and Beach so close!
The beautiful trees & flower around the property , the different pools.

Cons:

The noise from the bar & other restaurants was very loud , some nights we couldn’t get to sleep until around 2am when they turned the music off.
