Pros:

Very good location, accessible by public transport, close to the port.

Cons:

I ordered ( and paid on-line) a Taxi early morning to the port. Waiting outside for 15 min, then the order cancelled due to no reason. Nobody around to help - no receptionist available. Walked away with all luggage to the next hotel (Harbor Hotel) where nice lady helped to order another Taxi. Just opinion - attendance 24 HRS is always preferred at such facility.

Netjes en verzorgd

Cons:

Dat je belaagd wer met veel mails meer een puntje van aandacht. Dat wanneer je de mail krijgt voor uitchecken en je aangeeft tussen 11 en 12 uur dat je dan als je op akkoord drukt je gelijk je kamer niet meer inkomt met de digitale sleutel. Laat het dan om 12 uur aflopen en niet gelijk op de moment van akkoord geven.

Alles, vooral aangeboden badjas en slippers, deze niet gebruikt

Cons:

Verkeerd gemonteerde stoel, waardoor niet zitbaar
Gevaarlijk opbollend vloerkleed
Geen passpiegel en te weinig hangertjes

Dat er niemand aanwezig was, en het ontbijt voel erg tegen. De producten werden niet aangevuld, kaas wat er lag was al verkleurd.

Nicely turned out hotel.
Pros:

Really clean and staff helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

First room heating didn’t work. Moved me to a smaller room and the heating kept up. Haven’t seen any discount yet. No menus in any other language than Dutch.

Prima hotel maar te duur voor wat het biedt.
Pros:

Schoon hotel, goed ontbijt. Fijn systeem met app bij openen kamer

Cons:

Geen kluisje op de kamer- geen uitzicht, alleen een heel hoog raam. Locatie leek op de kaart leuker door winkels, maar lag een beetje op een industrieterrein. Prijs eigenlijk te hoog voor locatie en de faciliteiten.
