Everything was good nothing wrong. Maybe some new bed frames or replace the fabric on the bottom that’s damaged
Even though we had requested an early check in, our room was not ready at even the normal check in time. We were asked to sit in the reception area until it was ready....even then, we had to approach the desk again to re-ask if it was ready. It would have been nice if reception would have been kind enough to let us know?? Also, there were no towels at the pool. I asked at the desk 3 separate times, before reception handed me a couple. Wjy couldn't they have done that in the first place? I complained and was offered "a free upgrade" thr next time I stay as compensation....
Better stocked pool towels, follow through when promised with both check in and the towels. Also, if you've reserved a suite for 5 people, include bedding for the pull out sofa (we just made due and avoided more hassle from the desk) and include at least 5 sets of towels....we had 3.

We had to call the front desk 3 times between 745pm and 845pm because kids were playing tag /hide and seek in the hallway...like 10-12 of them.
