Not worth the cost! They gauge customers every chance they get.
Pros:

Breakfast was available and the food meet expectation. The location was easy to access and there was plenty of parking. Room service was responsive when needed.

Cons:

I have an issue when a hotel takes advantage of there guests when rooms become limited. They charged me $824.00 for three nights in Moses lake!!! There is no loyalty to guests when they price gauge us because they can. I had a family issue which brought me to town and never dreamed they would charge so much. Felt very taken advantage of and next time I will choose a different company who values there customers.

Mixed Bag
Pros:

The staff was accommodating when I asked for a room on a lower floor, and the room location was very convenient. The room was also spacious, and my spouse loved the chaise rather than a couch. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The closet didn't have a space for full length garments. The smoke/gas detector was directly over the bed and flashes green intermittently all the time. But the bed itself was the biggest issue. It was very soft, which was great for me, but my poor spouse was absolutely miserable and barely slept.

Pros:

This was our second stay at this Holiday Inn, and once again it was an excellent experience. We chose this location because we were attending a nearby swim meet, and the proximity to the pool could not have been more convenient. There are several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, which made dining and quick stops very easy.

The hotel’s complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options to start the day. Our room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, equipped with a full-size hair dryer and other thoughtful amenities. We also appreciated the Dove-brand bath products, which added an extra touch of comfort.

Overall, this property continues to be a reliable and welcoming choice for our travel needs. We look forward to staying here again for our next swim meet.
