Cons:

The pool had issues with getting access, had to get help to access it..The breakfast was ok, was hoping for more choices, and it to be fully stocked each day..

Our room had not been cleaned other than the bed being made. Shower had hair in it, carpet had fake eye lashes and pieces of paper all over it and bathroom floor had not been mopped. Children were allowed to run up and down the hall until almost midnight! And dayshift Manager on checkout day said there was nothing they could have done about the kids! And finally, the water pressure in the shower was barely there.

Horrible, I am insulted and distressed that they said they would call the police and did nothing to help my get a place
Pros:

They didn’t honor my booking.
They told me they don’t honor third party reservations. I should have booked through them.
I arrived at 11:15 at night after they had called and confirmed my reservations the night before.
The manager. Was not helpful did not offer to find alternative accommodations.
They told me if I didn’t leave they would call the police.

Cons:

The manager was rude. I have never been treated so disrespectful at a service establishment in my life.

Pros:

The location was adjacent to Bronson hospital where my father was being treated.

Cons:

I booked this location for its proximity to the hospital where my father was being treated for a life threatening sickness. I’ve never had any issues until my most recent stay. I reported the blood drips I found in my bed, on the window shade, the issue with the tub filling with water during showers and not draining, the multiple stains and drip marks around the bed and the phone not being connected to the wall or phone jack with no cords. I even provided multiple photos of this incident. I tried to contact the front desk to request new bed sheets when I found the blood stains and I couldn’t reach anyone. I had to send my husband down to the desk in pajamas to ask for help. I paid well over $100 for this and received a $14 credit to my account. That’s ridiculous. My stay at that hotel was interrupted, disgusting and a health risk. $14 feels like an insult. I will not be using booking.com or Holiday Inn in the future again as they clearly do not appreciate my business or my hard earned money. I will find another company to use for bookings.

We would stay here again, the hotel staff is nice, and the room was clean.
Pros:

Spacious room, clean, nice breakfast buffet, very kind staff.

Cons:

There was a connecting door to the room next to us and the people in that room were loud late into the night. We could hear everything through that door. It wasn’t the hotels fault that they were loud.

Sadly the was a terrible storm and electricity was lost.. so no kitchen serve or wifi

The shower had pink mold on caulking at bottom. No bathroom sink did not a plug .. that night there was a terrible storm and electrify was lost by 11:00pm.
