Location and lots to do in the area
EV chargers did not work (this was a main trading go booking here), breakfast ran out of food, there was a kid soccer convention and hotel was crowded. Staff was not helpful with questions about the EV chargers.
The building was in good condition. That is all I can say.
We arrived around midnight and did not get a room until 2 am because they were short-staffed and could not get rooms ready. There were many people "camping" in the lobby, including my family, taking naps because no one could get a room. Mind you, we came for a business trip and had to be at the event at 8 am the next day, so we barely got any sleep.
The next day, we came down for breakfast, and there was no food left and no coffee in the coffee machine. And we came pretty early, too. It happened for the same reason: only one person was in charge of breakfast, and she physically could not keep up with the number of people showing up and the amount of food needed.
I asked to speak with the manager, but since it was the weekend, no one was available. It also seems like the GM is slacking and not doing a great job staffing her facility. I would love some sort of compensation because, for the price paid, the service was terrible, though the staff was very, very nice.
Quiet location
Breakfast was poor went half an hour before closing nothing available told we missed out!!!
Was a good experience. Love the hot food. But did not get my deposit back for the 4 days I stayed there. Location was good overall and the parking
Naye Naye greetius & did an upgrade, nice! Terrance McCall asked if we needed help unloading... very nice. Laqucia gave me more towy... she had to go downstairs to get them. Everyone very welcoming!
Nothing
No guest rooms were cleaned by 8:00 pm so we canceled our reservation and moved to another location. I was promised a full refund.
The big bed, nice and clean.
Everything was clean and friendly staff
I arrived at 10:30PM (yes at night) and the room was not ready. In fact, the lobby was full of people and their luggage waiting for their rooms to be cleaned. They apparently had one person cleaning rooms all day long and their rooms were not ready. Finally got my room about 1130. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The pillows were awful.
Friendly, efficient staff who upgraded our room, which was appreciated. Room clean and breakfast adequate to start the day. Plenty of parking & we were able to walk to Applebee's to eat
Breakfast could have more non carb options
I like Terrance! He is awesome and very accommodating to me and my 3 children! He definitely is amazing 🤩 He definitely deserves a raise!
I had the best experience ever at this location! I can’t thank Tara , Toni and Terrance McClinton for making my stay one of the greatest times ever!!!! I love great people that make traveling a phenomenal experience! Thanks again you guys can’t wait to come back!!!
