A veces se acaba el agua de tomar y llegando al hotel en la noche a veces no quieres regresar al auto a salir a comprar.

We would stay here again, the hotel staff is nice, and the room was clean.
Pros:

Spacious room, clean, nice breakfast buffet, very kind staff.

Cons:

There was a connecting door to the room next to us and the people in that room were loud late into the night. We could hear everything through that door. It wasn’t the hotels fault that they were loud.

Sadly the was a terrible storm and electricity was lost.. so no kitchen serve or wifi

The shower had pink mold on caulking at bottom. No bathroom sink did not a plug .. that night there was a terrible storm and electrify was lost by 11:00pm.

Stay away!! Hotel does honor the word of their employees. Refuses to give money back!
Pros:

If you are looking for a place to stay when visiting the Kalamazoo area DO NOT stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites!! Upon trying to check into the hotel on the evening of November 1st I walked into the hotel and there was a sign that said to have a seat and somebody be right with me. There was a line of people and no front desk staff to be found. Once the front desk staff did arrive I was told the hotel was full and I asked if it would be helpful if we did not stay there and decided to drive home that night. The front desk employee told me that would be very helpful and that I would not be charged for our stay for canceling our reservation. Turns out I was charged and now the hotel refuses to give me my money back. They do not stand behind their word as I was told I would be refunded and now they are refusing to refund my money. Apparently there is new management and it is not for the better. I requested to speak with the general manager, and was told that she was not the general manager at the time of the incident so she would not be talking to me. However, she is the general manager at the time of my report of the incident so it’s ridiculous that she won’t talk to me and clear this matter up. I was told by the assistant general manager that often times the customer is not always right. Horrible customer service stay away!!
