Pros:

Room was spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Front desk staff the night before was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Front desk staff in the am was meh. Breakfast was horrid. Everything was dry/stale leftover.

Cons:

Breakfast: I didn't care for the egg omelets. We wanted to get hot water for hot chocolate, but there were no cups. We asked the person working in the food area, and she said they only had plastic cups. That would have burned our hands. She could have gotten styrofoam cups from the housekeeper's room, I'm sure.
