Pros:

We enjoyed the view of the Lindon Bridge with the Christmas lights. Usually we get a room with a view of the highway, so this was a nice change

Very friendly staff, nice and clean room, nice location in a toddler friendly area

Cons:

Single use dishes and cutlery at the breakfast. It just pains me to think of all the waste generated in one year in just one hotel with this. Imagine a pile of waste the size of the hotel itself, not/slowly compostable, created every year or every other year…? Also, the outside pool was comfortably heated through day and night, but no one used it…

Exceptional service and location with a view.
Pros:

We arrived later than expected due to traffic and immediately greeted by Bonnie. She is so accommodating and provided excellent service. Location is excellent. Walking distance from the London Bridge village and lots of restaurants nearby. The water pressure in the shower is amazing after a day of sightseeing. The view of the London Bridge is great during the day and night.

Cons:

Nothing, we were in town for 2 days.

Fantastic property for visiting area.
Pros:

Proximity to London Bridge businesses. Water pressure in hotel was fantastic. Hotel and property were clean and was cheerfully greeted by most staff. I have stayed at other hotels in area and would stay at this property if I return to the area again.
