Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hannibal - Medical Center by IHG

From being greeted when we walked in the door it was truly a good experience. The rooms are clean, bedding nice quality, very quiet. The free breakfast was the best I ever had. Many hot options and fresh ground coffee!!!! Did I mention the cinnamon rolls.
We highly recommend this hotel!

Staff was friendly and great! Breakfast was good, bonus cookies and goodie bag when checking in, mini fridge and microwave, comfy bed, good pillows, small pool and exercise room, nothing negative stuck out. Well done.

What I found most noteworthy was the warm hospitality and kindness demonstrated by all team members. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. The management staff was outstanding, ensuring that my team and I had everything we needed. It is certainly a valuable establishment, and I would highly recommend it.

Breakfast buffet included solid glass plates and metal silverware! Really appreciate NOT paper and plastic. Close to Highway 36 but far enough away to be very quiet. It is pricey but worth it. Clean. Friendly. Comfortable — sliding door shuts off all light from bathroom. Another nice extra.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were complementary little gift bags at check in with water, a granola bar and a package of microwave popcorn. That was a nice little extra that was appreciated! The hotel was very clean and in a nice, safe location. Our king-bed room was very large and very comfortable! Everything was clean and neat! The bed was comfortable. The hotel is about 10 minutes from downtown historic Hannibal. There are lots of shops and great restaurants in downtown Hannibal! The shower in our room was amazing! It was super clean, had very hot water and tons of water pressure!! The room had a sliding barn-type door that separated the bed area from the bathroom area. That was nice so that one of us could get a little more sleep while the other was showering. I think it would also help block any noise from the hallway, although everything was very quiet when we were there. The complimentary breakfast was good. There was a large selection of hot and cold foods and fresh fruit.

The property as a whole is modern, clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The front desk associates were welcoming, courteous, professional, and helpful both at check-in and check-out. The room was sparkling clean, and the furnishings are very comfortable. The HVAC was accurate and unobtrusive, and the wi-fi worked fine. The bathroom was perfectly clean and the large walk-in shower is great for the road-weary traveler.
The breakfast layout was very good, with a spacious, light-filled dining area and the bonus of real, NOT-plastic plates and flatware, which is a lovely little amenity. The butter and jam on your hot biscuit just seem to taste better when they're spread with a real knife.
The patio area outside the breakfast area is comfortably furnished for day's-end relaxing - and a minute's stroll over to the convenience store next door for a milkshake freshly made-to-order from real ice cream will make your patio time even more relaxing.
All in all an excellent and well-run property - highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights as part of a multi-week road trip. We were greeted warmly at check in and provided the information we needed for getting around the hotel and potential restaurant options nearby.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've had. The attendant keeps everything well-stocked, and heated.

The beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. The blackout shade kept the morning sun from peeking in too early.

The manager and other staff were helpful throughout our stay, and provided a quick safety overview for impending bad weather.

We used the guest laundry twice during our stay. The machines worked well but the dryer needs to use high heat to get clothes dry rather than medium. The laundry room was convenient on the first floor.

We enjoyed sitting out on the patio behind the building during the evenings when it cooled off.

Very friendly staff. Very clean in all areas (even the stairwells). Breakfast was served on glass plates with stainless steel flatware. Lots of variety for breakfast. One of the nicest Holiday Inn Express properties I have stayed in.

People really nice and very informative, room nicely decorated with comfy bed, AC/heat quiet enough for sound sleep. TV great size.

My daughter had recommended it highly (she'd stayed there previously). I'm pretty picky, but she was right on.

Included breakfast was kind of sparse, but it was adequate and area was clean.
Compared to a terrible experience just days before at the New Orleans airport DoubleTree, this was paradise.

I do not work for any hotel chain, but I travel often and leave reviews when motivated by experiences beyond the ordinary. I will definitely stay at this Holiday Inn Express the next time I pass through Hannibal. It's a gem.

There's bedbug proof mattress covers and it's a clean hotel! Their breakfast is
decent the sausage patties are always dry...go for the links and bacon instead. The pool is smaller but not crowded as not too many people swim. The pool was decently clean with a very small amount of debris. The TV was glitching when trying to troubleshoot connecting a phone...tried everything reccomended and it still didn't work the way it did for us in another room at the same hotel during a different stay.

The check in person was so friendly and helpful. He told us what to see and gave us a map. Checkout person made sure we had snack packs for our trip. Great staff. Breakfast was so good. Room clean, comfortable and well appointed. Dove dispensers in bathroom are hard to use.

super clean. wonderful staff. within a few miles of dining options and shopping. right off the interstate but is so quiet youd never know! will definitely stay here again if ever need be.
