O hotel está localizado há uns 10 minutos a pé da rua Caracoles, e tem bom custo-benefício, hotel limpo e funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã gostoso. Nos dias que saí muito cedo para passeios, os funcionários deixaram um kit de café da manhã pronto para eu levar.
Não fica uma pessoa na recepção. Ao fazer check-in recebemos uma chave da porta de entrada do hotel, para que possamos abrir e fechar a porta principal sempre que entrar ou sair. Durante os dias que fiquei hospedada a fechadura estava com problema, tinha que ter um "jeito certo" de posicionar a chave para abrir e perdia um tempinho até conseguir abrir a porta, o Wi-Fi tbm estava com problemas e em horário de pico e praticamente não funcionava.

Todo muy limpio, con tan solo entrar al hotel hay y se persive limpieza, además las niñas excelente sobre todo señora carla, dispuesta a todos para poder solucionar
Al parecer mantenían la bomba de agua cerca de los dormitorios y eso emitía sonidos molesto, pero todo bien

Staff davvero gentile e disponibile, e l'hotel e stanze sempre pulitissime. Essendo in inverno abbiamo chiesto coperte e stufetta elettrica e siamo stati subito accontentati. È abbastanza vicino al centro (14 minuti, e alla fermata dei bus - 3 minuti), ma se la sera non volevamo andare a cenare nella via principale, nella prima parallela c'è un ristorantino locale ottimo. Ringrazio per tutto e consiglio l'hotel.

El personal muy amable , cordial y preocupadas. La limpieza excelente, todo siempre impecable. Desayuno muy rico y completo hecho por las mismas niñas del hotel en el momento!
Check in y check out flexible. La amabilidad del personal, preocupadas, siempre mantuvieron el lugar limpio. El hotel tiene una buena infraestructura, habitaciones con el tamaño preciso, buena iluminación, camas cómodas. Excelente estadía, volvería.
Podrían iluminar un poco más la terraza y agregar mesas de terraza.

Foi dificil tirar o IVA (imposto) sobre o preco da hospedagem. Enfrentei resistencia da gerente para concordar em retirar o valor do imposto. Tinha esse direito visto que nao sou residente do Chile.

Hotel muito barulhento. todas as acomodações ficam num grande corredor, que tbm tem a porta da entrada do hotel. Então da pra escutar o vai vem o dia todo das pessoas saindo e entrando do hotel.
