Pros:

Good towels but there was some hair not checked. Nice style. Basic breakfast not bad but not great. Staff were very nice. Gym was pretty good there was a variety of equipment. Location was close to attractions. The room had handicap features. Coffee is available 24 hours.

Cons:

The bed was very hard and blanket was scratchy. Not cleaned very well, hair everywhere. I would not consider internet high speed. Tv only had cable which is fine but the guide button on the remote didn’t work. No views. I downloaded and signed up for the app because of the Applebees promotion and couldn’t find it in the app, there wasn’t really anything special about the app I wouldn’t waste the time downloading it.

Nice, new and convenient
Pros:

The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. We were happy with the comfort of our room, and the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

Cons:

We were awakened by our refrigerator making a squealing noise at night. We were unable to stop the noise and informed the staff the next morning. They offered to move us, but we declined. Since they could not fix the refrigerator, they pulled it out of the cabinet so they could unplug it for the remainder of our stay.

Great Price, Great Staff, Great Stay!
Pros:

The hotel staff was amazing, nice and welcoming. The front desk staff were very kind and thoughtful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

First night of stay bugs, asked for changing bed comfort and sheet not dine till 4 pm , second night power issue.

Pros:

Really nice staff and clean room couldn’t ask for more

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the deposit system although you do get it back .if you book with booking.com and want to buy a couple extra days you have to repay your deposit again and it’s a inconvenience
