The staff was beyond helpful. I really liked the cozy little room, the bed was comfortable, everything worked within the room, there was hot water… I really have nothing to complain about. It is close to everything but very quiet for the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Not enough water to flush toilets and no hot water for showers!
El hotel es adecuado para pasar la noche, cuenta con los servicios basicos, económico & muy accesibla a pie. No apto para personas exigentes.
El personal de limpieza no respetan tus pertenencias, las votan ala basura...(me tiraron mis alimentos, mi refresco y mi agua para beber)
Su ubicación es excelente pues se encuentra sobre la avenida principal, cuenta con facil ubicacion, acceso a tiendas, restaurantes, transportacion, etc...
Es un hotel con algunos años, pero se encuentra limpio en habitaciones, ropa de cama y toallas... sus instalaciones son basicas pero cumplen con el servicio...

La entrada marcaba las 3 PM, nos dieron la habitación 40 minutos tarde. Habían varias personas en la misma situación
Todo super limpio, el personal increíblemente amable (sobre todo la chica de Argentina) las habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias
Muy malo en todo sentido, olor a cloaca en las habitaciones, duchas con agua fría, sin seguridad en ventanas, solo la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable
El aire acondicionado casi no servía, las camas no estaban nada cómodas y no me brindaron factura.

Excelente servicio, llegué unas horas antes del check in y fueron muy amables resguardando mi equipaje en lo que fuimos a conocer la zona arqueológica, habitaciones sencillas, pero limpias y con suficiente espacio.
Deberian de poner almohadas mas comodas.

Sumamente en muy mal estado las camas no descansas ya que los resortes lastiman,la limpieza de la habitación el baño tiene hongos o mucho olor a humedad y en la recepción el chico con mala actitud cero capacidad para el puesto grosero y arrogante muy mal servicio es el peor servicio que nos toco, es lamentable por que tiene buena ubicación
