Esperaba un hotel Boutique y me asignaron otra casa en una ubicación diferente donde el desayuno era caja de icopor. Yo opté por desayunar en la sede principal a done debía caminar por 15 minutos.
Me alojaron en otra sede.
It’s just ok .. for the lobby.. never got to the room
- The reception was not manned
- be aware that they might take you to a different location
- you have to speak Spanish. As none of this stuff speak English
- I felt intimidated and ask to cancel the reservation and refund me.

Review: Budget-friendly and fine for a short overnight stay
I arrived at 8 a.m. and asked for early check-in, explaining that I would be checking out very early, at 4 a.m. However, I was told that check-in would only be possible at 3 p.m. I was given a very small room without windows. I asked to change rooms, but was told it could only be done the next day. The following day I received a larger room with windows.
I only had breakfast on one day, as on the other days I left the hotel early. When I asked for breakfast to be left for me the evening before, they left a yogurt and a container of sliced fruit. Since there was no kettle in the rooms, they allowed me to heat water in the microwave.
Overall, it is an economical, average room—suitable for an overnight stay.
The staff was very curteous and accommodating. The location is excelent. The hotel lobby looks like you stepped into Italy or Spain. Beautiful designer finishes. My room was comfortable.
The bed could be a bit more comfortable. Parking was available but a but tight. Nothing too inconvenient. I will return!

La ubicación es excelente. El desayuno no me agrado el hecho de que solo te sirven un tipo de alimento, no te dan opciones aún mostrando que tienen un menú, pero ya tienen definido un solo tipo de alimento por dia, también son muy limitados con el tiempo para servir el desayuno, mi pareja y yo no desayunamos por el hecho que llegamos 15 minutos después de las 9:00 am.
El desayuno, deberían tener una variedad o al menos disponer de todo el menú y no tener definida una sola opcion por día.

Cual desayuno?? Disculpen pero la persona que hace el desayuno es una Señora, mal educada, grosera y de muy malas costumbres, no es limpia y vulgar!!
De todos solo una persona( no recuerdo su nombre, tiene una motocicleta) el es colaborador y amable. La señora que cocina es absolutamente grosera , mal educada y sucia.

La ubicación excelente, a 200 metros de plazas gastronómicas de comida rápida: hamburguesas, tacos y pizza. En la esquina de la misma cuadra hay bar restaurante mexicano. Ideal para hospedarse y asistir a actividades sociales o empresariales en el Holiday sin gastar cientos de dólares por día. Ideal para ir de compras a 5 minutos en carro de centros comerciales como La Gran Vía, Multiplaza o Las Cascadas. El menú de comida disponible en el hotel aunque es reducido, es delicioso, el desayuno siempre variado y preparado para el cliente nada recalentado como algunos desayunos de hoteles caros. El personal super amable y la limpieza excelente. El WiFi funcionó excelente y con buena velocidad.
Las almohadas estaban muy duras, podrían ser más suaves. Algunos detalles de mantenimiento de acabados podrían ser mejores.
