Pros:

I was disappointed. The property was in need of maintenance, and where there were repairs it was poorly done. It was listed as having a bar and restaurant. Once we arrived, we were told there is no restaurant or bar. No nearby restaurants, only 7/11 delivery. No cooking is allowed. The air conditioning was unable to keep the room cool, even at night. The Futon on the floor is not a futon, but a mattress set on the floor. We left early and moved to a different hotel.

Far location from main road
Small room compare to price (but everywhere​ in khaoyai seem expensive)
AC is not cold
Room has some smell
Ants in the room.. you see them everywhere
Bed exactly on the floor so sometimes there are ants in bed as well
Hot water takes really long time to work

Overall i might not stay again... room is really not comfortable and small but view is really nice
