Pros:

Cet hôtel où nous avons passé 7 nuits est une merveille. Très bien placé en plein centre, un jardin fleuri et très bien entretenu, une belle piscine. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de très bonne qualité. Et le personnel ! Aimable, ne sachant que faire pour vous rendre service, souriant, professionnel, discret. Vraiment une très belle étape dans notre périple de trois mois en Asie.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit hilfsbereitem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel war für uns optimal gelegen. Von der Rezeptionistin wurden wir gleich nach Ankunft über etwaige zwielichtige Verkaufstrategien der Einheimischen informiert, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren. Auch Schneiderei- und Essensempfehlungen haben wir direkt auf einem Plan erhalten. Wir wollten eine Basketboat-Tour machen, die komplett vom Hotel für uns organisiert wurde.

Cons:

Leider gab es wohl einige Tage vor unserer Anreise eine Überschwemmung, weswegen auch ein Entfeuchtungsgerät in unserem Zimmer in Erdgeschoss stand. Dies wurde jedoch vom Personal erst bei der Abreise angesprochen, sie hatten wohl im ersten Stock kein Zimmer mehr zur Verfügung. Als Entschädigung wurde uns der kostenlose Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen angeboten, was wir dankend annahmen.
