Loved this place.
Pros:

We loved this hotel. The staff were so lovely. The room was very comfortable. The beds are massive. We would stay here again. Not being large, a lot of the time we felt like the only ones there. Highly recommend.

Pros:

Excellent hospitality, the staffs that we met were all very friendly and helpful. Room comes with aircon and a fan. Amenities are available. Swimming pool looks clean. Tasty breakfast! Love the ambience at the garden! More than enough power points inside the room. Comfy bed and pillows. The towel smells musty on the first night we checked in, very likely due to the humidity. We have yet to mention to the staff but all were changed the next day. We went out to shop around the marketplace, then we came back to fresh towels, kudos to the housekeeping crews.

Cons:

Cleanliness can be better, accumulated dust at the back of the headboard, saw it only because one of the charging point is near that spot 😅

Pros:

very good location. Walk to everywhere! Staff is really helpful and help us with booking a driver when our tour was cancelled last minute.

Beautiful stay as always!
Pros:

Absolutely everything was amazing for our stay! Not only does Hoian Central feel like a home away from home for us, the staff feel like family after many years of coming to Vietnam & staying here.
From the minute we arrived the team welcomed us so warmly. The boutique hotel is lovely and quiet with beautiful gardens and a stunning pool. The rooms are spacious and so clean. The breakfast is lovely and the staff so attentive.
Thank you Rossie, Jasmine & Chloe & all at Hoian Central. We can’t wait for our next visit. Hen gap lai!

Très agréable séjour
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé juste à l’extérieur du centre historique (moins de 10 minutes à pied) et proche des meilleurs tailleurs. Il est un véritable havre de paix avec une piscine dans une cour intérieure. Le personnel est très attentionné, gentil et serviable. Ils ont su rendre notre séjour encore plus beau. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et la literie confortable. Le petit-déjeuner présente un choix raisonnable de mets salés et sucrés. De plus, comme notre séjour était plutôt long, l’équipe de l’hôtel nous a gentiment proposé de nous préparer des plats en plus pour varier les plaisirs.
