Superb and will use again
Pros:

The staff are superb. Helpful considerate and 100% respectful. In addition I was a little late for breakfast, the staff helped and I tried not to delay them finishing but the continued to be great with me. Thailand is full of superb people like this. In addition the location is first class with BTS and bus connections within 5 min walk and taxi into Sukhumvit costing about 60baht. Exceptionally clean and tidy hotel/rooms/facilities. Room is superbly well equipped and the room size is big with a huge bed. Loved it

Breakfast is ok , located at the small cafe in a building.

A great place to stay for a short or longer trip to Bangkok, conveniently located near public transport.
Pros:

A charming property run by an efficient, friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Some of the rooms don’t have low-lighting and therefore evening room lighting can be a bit bright. Lamps by the bedside would sort this out.
