一階奥。入室当時はwifiが入らず。電話も奥に入ると繋がりづらい。他の入居者は繋がると言う。管理の女性二人は昼十二時から夜十時までしかいない。鍵が貧弱で外のドアが重い。外の鍵を壊してしまい百ペソの請求。タイにいる豪州人オーナーに請願して五十ペソを置く。延長は三時間450。場所は良い。湯布院一分。

The girl who was there when i first got there fantastic. The hotel is in a very good place and very cheap . You get what you pay for I always say . Would I stay there again YES .

SM近く便利。
Pros:

部屋は広く、SMには近いので便利です。ローカル店もあり、ウオーキングストリートへも、危ない道は通らないので次回も予算に合えば泊まりたいです。テレビが見れないのが残念でした。一階にバーがあり夕方楽しめました。

Dead cockroach everywhere. Did not bother to clean and prepare the room upon our arrival. Bathroom dirty and sink. Hot water heater don't work.

Lots of space and in a good place
Pros:

Very large room for the price we paid, with a large sitting/dining room, perfect for packing our luggage. (Also a great location to take the free shuttle from nearby SM Mall to Clark airport!) Was initially disappointed to get the only room facing the road, but turns out the street is rather quiet at bedtime. Only gripe is that the floor had a squeaky soapy feeling.

Small hotel, inexpensive, clean with good hot show
Pros:

I found this hotel acceptable considering it's a small hotel and inexpensive. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Hot shower is good.

Pros:

Property has some age on it. But it is very rustic and charming. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. For the price it is more than fair. I had some ants in my bathroom,but that was a minor inconvenience. It is not the Bellagio so don’t expect that. It is a 25$ a night room. 5 minute walk to fields Ave. and 10 minutes to American Legion walking.

They Apartelle was an overall nice place to stay, clean and comfortable, only thing botherd me was the sink drain pipe was broken in the bathroom, leaving the water to pour all over the floor.. i would stay again maybe in another room. Good location
