For a night stay is fine.
Pros:

Value for money. The spacious balcony with small kitchenette. And the sea view is great. The small restaurant right outside hotel is great. Food is good and price is very reasonable.

Cons:

Poor sound proof especially the strong wind blowing against the door.

Pros:

Great location, 10 minutes by walk from Seongsan Ilchubong, very friendly staff, you can leave your baggage after the check out time, very nice views from the window, everything is clean.

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect.

Great location for Sunrise Peak
Pros:

It was pretty basic and worn but comfortable enough. Wouldn't want to stay for more than a night but we just wanted to somewhere close to Sunrise peak so we could get up early for the sunrise so It definitely met all our requirements. Great location.

The nicest stay of our trip.
Pros:

Had a nice view facing the sea, the restaurant right next to the hotel was really good (not the restaurant at the hotel but rather beside it), good location near restaurants, convenience stores, seongsan. heated floor was nice, the toliet was clean, the room was spacious for 4 people and 4 big luggages.

Cons:

no complaints.

Near to ilchubong
Pros:

3mins drive to ilchubong. The room and bathroom were spacious. Water pressure was strong. Overall, a pleasant stay! :)

Cons:

The room was not cleaned adequately as we found sweet wrappers in the bedside drawer. Bed was a little soft for our liking.

El hotel tiene ya sus añitos, aunque la localización es perfecta si quieres visitar Seongsan Ilchubong (especialmente si quieres subir al amanecer) y la zona este de Jeju. El personal es inexistente, nunca respondieron a mis emails y al llegar me dieron una llave, sin nisiquiera pedirme un documento de identidad. No volvi a ver a nadie en ningún momento, asi que no sé si se pueden dejar las maletas antes o despues de quedarte alli (no hubo nadie a quién preguntar...) Las habitaciones tienen ya sus añitos, aunque estan limpias. No creo que valga la pena pagar extra por la vista al mar, las ventanas estan tan sucias que poco se ve... Son habitaciones muy amplias, eso sí, y limpian todos los dias. Me gustó tener la pequeña cocina aparte, aunque no llegué a usarla, la sensación de espacio era agradable. No limpian la habitación, pero dejan toallas y quitan la basura a diario, también hay botellas de agua gratis en la habitación. No es un hotel que recomendaría, aunque para una noche, no está mal.
