Pros:

The hotel was clean and quiet, room size was good with a big bathroom. Great location as well, walking distance to tokyo station.

Cons:

Didn't realize we had to pay for extra linen to use the sofa bed

Comfortable.
Pros:

Room was comfortable. We were 3 adults (with suitcases) so can get a little ‘tight’.
Balcony was a nice bonus.
Bathroom was great, bigger than others we experienced in Japan.

Cons:

This hotel does not have staff manning the reception at all times. Only a few hours ‘here&there’, which was odd.
We were checked in by a staff member on the day we arrived though but not so good if you have questions or concerns throughout your stay.

Great little city apartment
Pros:

The room was warm and comfortable with everything we needed. we just stayed the one night, great location.

Cons:

Check in was a bit clunky... we arrived late and the code didn;t work but they responded very quickly and buzzed us in, so it was resolved very quickly. Suggest the check in instructions to be a bit clearer as there was a lot of information and it was confusing.

Ruhiges Stadthotel mit grossen Zimmern
Pros:

Ruhige Lage in einem Wohnbezirk. Jedes Stockwerk entspricht einem Raum. Für Tokioter Verhältnisse sehr grosses Zimmer. Einrichtung besteht aus zwei Doppelbetten und einer Schlafcouch.

Cons:

Kein Frühstücksangebot. Touristisch eher weniger attraktive Gegend.
