Great apartment hotel close to Tokyo City.
Pros:

Beds were so comfortable and the space fit our family of four easily. There is a Lawson right next door and some great local restaurants very close by. Walking distance to several train stations. Quiet neighbourhood.

The staff are very helpful - they let us store our luggages before our check and after our check out! The place was very clean and in a very good location - Tsukiji market and Ginza chuo-dori!

Great option for independent family travel.
Pros:

The room worked well for a family of four. Ginza is within walking distance but it’s quiet in the evening when you get back.

Cons:

It could do with a lick of paint. The decoration was a little tired.

Very happy overall and would recommend this hotel
Pros:

Our family of four had a lovely stay and we would stay again. The room and bathroom were perfect for our family and we appreciated the extra space with sofa and coffee table. The location is nice and quiet and we liked this, yet as it is further from busier, more touristy areas, it required more travel time. Overall we would stay again and enjoyed out time.

Cons:

Rooms were great but there was a bit of wear and tear on the walls.

Would stay again. Room spaciousness.
Pros:

The couch area and coffee table is a nice addition to the bed area.

Cons:

A light is definitely needed above the long mirror, where coat rack is. Way too dark to use the mirror!
Also, the automatic open and shut toilet is annoying, due to its proximity to the sink.
