Some spots could’ve been more cleaned
The location was good. The front desk was very helpful, specially Mr Biswajit who was a great help.
The room had a smell of cigarettes as we entered.
Also English news channels need to be added.to the cable .. There was only option of Republic
Bedsheets and towels are clean. Staff are very kind
Need maintenance. The room has a strong smell of smoke. Breakfast little poor, instead of white eggs, will be better to offer to clients brown eggs and it’s important to clean the eggs shell before boiling….

There was no hot water in the evening, the heater was broken.
They ask for eco friendliness but the tap has to run forn15 mins before hot water can come in the shower.
breakfast was well but when we ready to eat the breakfast after self serve one staff talk to me that you have to paid for breakfast you don't have complimentary breakfast. its not right time say, they should say before we start our breakfast among the staff there was big communication.....
bathroom for room no. 403 4th floor was unusable, the water was not flow properly it was over flood to floor even if I wash my feet. need to repair at the earliest. Swimming pool was not able to use on the arrival day and next morning also we forcely use due to pressure of your children and it was very very dirty.
