時間前でも快く対応してくれました。
綺麗な建物で立地も周りは公共施設，官公庁が密集していて便利。室内は狭いがコンパクトで使いやすい。アメニティに化粧水や乳液が無いのが残念、シャワー室に照明•換気扇が無いのが気になりました。それでも充分満足出来るホテルでした。
Room was a little on the cozy side, but everything was neat and tidy. Conveniently located and very walkable to transportation, attractions, food options, and shopping. Staff was wonderful. Great value for the price.

The hotel was only two blocks away from Emit Ueno train station.

地點，乾淨度都很好，不同的短距離內，有3，4間便利店，非常方便。
唯一不好的，是浴室沒有燈，我第一次遇到獨立浴室是沒有燈，但因為浴室對面就是洗臉盆，洗臉盆有2支強光的燈管，所以洗澡時也沒有到太暗

Friendly and convinient stay, the rooms are really small but confortables, if you need one nigth only the confort is fine. The personal they are very, very friendly. In
Stay 4 night, only change towels and take out rubbish. No cleaning service.
The bed is in bad condition
Great location and affordable for a hotel. I was prepared for the small room i got due to reading reviews and i could go to the reception to heat up food. The personell was also kind, although they did not know english. My biggest issue was the hygiene in my room, specifically in the shower room where i saw that the staff have been sloppy around the corners. Some corners had turned dark even, looking like early stages of mold. But then again, i felt i got what i paid for, and i would seriously reconsider revisiting since the quality otherwise was really good, and the location was great. Just a short walk from ueno station where you could basically get anywhere you wanted.

I really loved the staying at the Emit Ueno hotel, It's very convenient as 2 stations are very near it. At the first floor they also have a bar so you can have coffee :)
