Am Waldrand unter dem Herkulesdenkmal. Geräumiges, geschmackvolles Zimmer, nettes Team, gutes Frühstück, Sauna..Was will man mehr?

Cons:

Das Bad ist ein bisschen klein, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau..

Sehr freundliche Angestellte, super Service. Bequeme Betten und sehr leckeres, reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Wir waren vorher schon einmal da und kommen gerne wieder!

The blonde woman at reception is rude and unhelpful. The listing states parking is available - there isn’t enough parking for guests. When we checked in I asked at reception where we can park and the man from reception came outside and tried to point at parking spots that were far too small. He did not offer any alternative parking. When we checked out the rude blonde woman at reception repeatedly complained to me about where we had parked our vehicle and said “the police” but couldn’t explain further. When I told her that there was no parking in the parking spots she just kept repeating “no parking”. I have never felt so unwelcome in any accommodation before. She was unfriendly. The room smells like sewerage and wasn’t cleaned properly, the floor had dirt on that stuck your feet. The overall experience was not good at all. There is a coffee machine in the room but there is a charge of €1,50 per capsule. There is a stove in the room but not a single utensil or pot. Bad experience

Lage und Frühstück gut. Zimmer zu klein

Die Lage war OK und das Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein sehr kleines Doppelzimmer, dafür haben wir statt 179,92 @ NUR 152,37@ bezahlt, war immer noch zuviel für das Zimmer.
Der Grund: Das Hotel hatte einen Wasserschaden, hätten wir sehr gerne früher erfahren. Eine Baustelle verhinderte das Parke, war Vollmundig angekündigt, auch das hätten wir gerne vorher erfahren.

Drie dagen voor een congres verbleven
Pros:

Zeer rustig in leuke omgeving. Prima ontbijt.Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Het duurt even om met OV naar de stad te rijden. Maar dat is niet echt een mankement. Bij de halte voor de stadbaan is een goed parkeerterrein.

Zimmer sehr geräumig. Alles sauber.

Cons:

Wir wußten nicht dass man mit PIN eincecken muss und kannten uns erst nicht aus. Da kein Personal vor Ort war, hat uns glücklicherweise ein anderer Gast das Prozedere erklärt.
Außerdem lag unsr Zimmer im 2. Stock und die Treppe ist für meinen Mann und mich nicht ganz einfach zu bewältigen.
Aber für eine Nacht war alles o.k.
