Så skuffet over at vores jakke er taget fra værelset.

Det lå tæt på motorvejen.

Cons:

Vi glemte vores jakke på værelset og kontaktede stedet inden middag, dvs. inden nye gæster tjekkede ind, men alt var væk - jakke, pung, alle kort, kontanter. Vi erkender, at det er vores fejl at glemme jakken, men vi er skuffede over troværdigheden ved personalet - at jakken er blevet væk i deres varetægt.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig.

Cons:

Es war ziemlich warm im Zimmer, da das Hotel direkt neben Autobahn/Tankstelle/ anderen Lärmqzellen liegt, ist Fensteröffnen nicht so gut.

Sehr freundliches Personal, auch in Stress Situationen Ruhe bewahrend!

Wir waren schon des öfteren Gäste hier und nach Änderung der Hotel- Kette wird der Service immer schlechter! Wir sind sowas von enttäuscht! Im barrierefreien Zimmer ein riesiges Bad und die Dusche an sich sehr klein und für meines Erachtens die Handgriffe an der falschen Stelle. 2 Einzelbetten- hatte Angst, daß mein Mann herausfällt. Zeitweise kein Internet/ WLAN und Fernsehempfang. Information, daß der Fahrstuhl nicht funktioniert, wird nur im Eingangsbereich angebracht. Was ist mit den Gästen auf den Etagen? Ich stand mit dem Rollstuhl Ewigkeiten am Aufzug- bis ein Gast mich aufgeklärt hatte. Für Technikausfall kann Keiner was, aber sprechen kann man, wenn man weiss, es sind gehbeeinträchtigte Personen im Haus! Beim Frühstücksbuffet nur 2 Sorten Wurst und Käse anzubieten, übergroße Schüsseln mit losem Jogurt hinzustellen und dafür teuer zu kassieren, grenzt an Unverschämtheit! Man kann sich auch tot sparen ...Tut mir leid, es mal so zusagen - bin eigentlich nicht so leicht aus der Ruhe zu bringen! Sehe auch über Vieles hinweg, aber dieser Aufenthalt- überstieg auch meine Geduld und Verständnis!

Pros:

Super lækre værelser. Dog lå der en gammel sok på værelset inder under en seng. Men ellers var der rent og pænt. Tæt ved motorvejen og med noget at spise tæt på og tankstation lige over for.

Cons:

Morgenmaden blev ikke rigtig fyldt op. Vi kom ned da der var næsten en time tilbage og der var næsten ingen varme ting tilbage og der gik længe inden der blev fyldt op.
