Goed hotel voor een doorreis.
Pros:

Goede bedden en schoon hotel en een kleine airco tegen de hitte.

Cons:

Zeep nog niet bijgevuld na 2,5 week weer in dezelfde kamer te hebben overnacht. De lift was ook niet gerepareerd binnen de 2,5 week. We moesten onze bagage naar de 4de verdieping dragen en dat was best pittig. Er staat niet een waterkoker of een koelkast in de kamer.

Afgezien van het lift-ongemak was het een prima verblijf.

de receptioniste van de middag-/avonddienst

Cons:

de lift was stuk en dat was bekend vóór ik aan zou komen. Ik kan heel moeilijk traplopen, dus dat viel vies tegen. Er was geen compensatie voor dit ongemak, ik moest zelfs €5 per dag parkeergeld betalen. De avondreceptioniste heeft zich hard gemaakt om díe €20 teruggestort te krijgen. Het zou wel zo'n twee weken kunnen duren.

Good location for overnight stop while travelling
Pros:

Convenient location for the motorway while we were travelling from Belgium to Denmark. I appreciated the EV chargers in the car park although I struggled to get it working at first. I was concerned by some reviews mentioning the lack of air conditioning as the weather was very warm, but our room was actually at a comfortable temperature despite this. The room was also very spacious and we appreciated breakfast being included.

Cons:

Parking is 5 euros but i knew this beforehand so it didn't bother me much.

Fazit: Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt leider von zu vielen vermeidbaren Problemen geprägt: unfreundlicher Empfang, defekte

Cons:

Ich war für drei Nächte aus geschäftlichen Gründen in diesem Hotel und bin leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt.

Bereits der Empfang war unfreundlich und wenig gastorientiert. Gerade auf einer Geschäftsreise erwartet man einen professionellen und freundlichen Umgang – das war hier leider nicht der Fall.

Ein weiteres großes Problem war der defekte Fahrstuhl, der während meines gesamten dreitägigen Aufenthalts nicht funktionierte.

Auch das Zimmer hatte einige erhebliche Mängel. Es war zur Tankstelle, KFC und McDonald’s ausgerichtet und dadurch extrem laut. Die ganze Nacht liefen LKW-Motoren, dazu kamen Straßen- und Verkehrslärm. Da das Hotel außerdem sehr nah an der Autobahn liegt, war es im Zimmer nachts sehr warm. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war die Wärme unangenehm, bei geöffnetem Fenster war an Schlaf aufgrund des Lärms kaum zu denken.

Auch die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Der Überlauf des Waschbeckens war stark verschmutzt, ebenso der Wasserfilter bzw. Zulauf an der Toilette. Außerdem war das Duschgel in der Dusche leer.

Besonders störend waren auch die Zimmertüren. Durch den Schließmechanismus fielen die Türen extrem laut ins Schloss. Gerade nachts war das sehr nervig und störte die Nachtruhe erheblich.

Das Frühstück für 18 € empfinde ich angesichts der relativ kleinen Auswahl als deutlich zu teuer.

Sehr enttäuschend fand ich außerdem die zusätzlichen Parkplatzgebühren. Als Hotelgast werden 5 € pro Tag für einen PKW bzw. 10 € für einen LKW verlangt. Da es praktisch keine andere Möglichkeit gibt, das Fahrzeug abzustellen, finde ich diese zusätzlichen Kosten nicht angemessen. Vor allem war für mich bei der Buchung nicht ausreichend ersichtlich, dass als Hotelgast noch tägliche Parkgebühren anfallen. Das hätte ich bei einem Hotelaufenthalt so nicht erwartet.
