Greal location but quality of the rooms should be higher
Pros:

Nice sea view, beautiful beach in short walking distance. Well equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of parking space. Nice restaurant and bar nearby.

Cons:

- problems with fridge
- problems with warm water (fixed by staff)
- extremely small rooms and kitchen
- old home appliances
- very high price for bed linen and towels - take your own with you!
- snake on the tarrace!
- rooma slightly smelly
- staff not understanding english at all, even basic words.

It could be better
Pros:

The view and the fact of being close to the beach. Georgio and Marianna were helpful. The apartment was very clean.

Cons:

Best for long stays, because you need to bring towel, linen and shampoo if you don’t want to pay extra (for towel and linen). The apartment had no wi-fi and no mobile signal. The residence zone doesn’t have much around (restaurants, supermarkets, …)
