Amazing! Staff was helpful, location amazing, cozy, family friendly and happy!
Pros:

Loved our comfortable room! Plenty of space and charming old pine finishes! The lounge is also wonderful with the fireplace. A cozy place for nightly card games.

Cons:

The boot fan didn’t work in the ski locker room so we had some sweaty ski boots

Общее впечатление хорошее, хочется вернуться.
Pros:

Отель удобно расположен, большие номера со свежим ремонтом. Хороший завтрак, без лишних понтов, но всё привычное есть и хорошего качества.

Cons:

В описании бассейн, а по факту бассейн почти не бассейн, длиной метров 6 и шириной в узком месте 1.8 метра. Не понравилось, что СПА совсем небольшой и надо предварительно записываться, хотя по факту я всегда попадал в СПА когда мне хотелось. Расстраивает дискриминация детей, после 16 им посещение СПА запрещено. По мне лучше дискриминировать взрослых, пусть потерпят присутствие детей.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. Excellent location right in the center of the village with all the shopping and restaurants near by and with a lift right across the street. Also a bunch of ski rentals. Rooms were of decent size and nicely decorated. The shower in the bathroom was fantastic and so was the after ski spa experience. And the food was absolutely phenomenal. Dinners a bit on the pricey side but so worth it.

Cons:

If I wanted to be absolutely picky, the temperature in the room could not really be regulated and the room was a bit too hot at night. Also, I was slightly disappointed that the amazing cakes they had in the dinner dessert buffet were not featured at breakfast and the pastries they offered were not of comparable quality. Overall, still a 10 and we would absolutely stay again.

Friendliness of the stuff, location to the ski lifts, restaurant at the hotel. Generally speaking, the hotel is at the high level.

Beautiful! Will be coming back!
Pros:

Amazing people: polite, helpful, friendly! Incredible room with breathtaking views. Very comfortable and relaxing spa are. Dinner was super tasty.

Cons:

Would love to have some coffee in the room, coffee maker would be super, but honestly even some soluble coffee would be better than nothing.. no coffee machines at breakfast is a real miss.
