Perfekte Auszeit für ein Wochenende im Elsass.

Pros:

Das Personal war mega nett. Unser Zimmer war sauber, schön und bestens ausgestattet. Das Bett war gemütlich und man hat fast nichts von den anderen Gästen gehört. Wir hatten kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und das Frühstück war auch lecker vor alle der frisch gepresste Orangensaft. Nicht nur die Zimmer sondern auch die Außenanlage war sehr schön und gepflegt.

Un établissement que je recommande, où je retournerai.
Pros:

Le décor de l'hotel, la qualité des matériaux, le gout pour le design, la qualité des prestations. Piscine intérieur / extérieur, et jacuzzi. La propreté générale. Le petit déjeuné complet avec de bons produits.

Verrassend hotel op perfecte locatie
Pros:

Wij hebben met veel plezier een nacht in de "klassieke" kamer gelogeerd. De kamer was perfect, (vorig jaar gerenoveerd), mooi uitgevoerd, goede douche, alles werkte.
Het hotel ligt tussen de wijngaarden, maar het centrum is werkelijk binnen 5 minuten lopend te bereiken. Daar zijn uitstekende restaurants in alle prijsklassen.
Wij hadden geen ontbijt geboekt, dus dat kan ik ook niet beoordelen. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.
We komen zeker terug.

Al met al een prettig verblijf, met enkele aandachtspunten.
Pros:

Mooi, modern en schoon hotel met een perfecte parkeergarage. De staff is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakt. De kamers zijn ruim, modern ingericht en goed onderhouden.

Cons:

Enkele minpunten: de bar doet ook dienst als ontbijtzaal en mist daardoor een gezellige sfeer en comfortabele zitjes. Daarnaast sluit deze al om 20.00 uur, wat vrij vroeg is. Het indoor zwembad is alleen toegankelijk tegen een toeslag van €20 per persoon, wat wat jammer is. In de badkamer werkt de verwarming op elektriciteit en alleen wanneer de kaart in de kamer zit; bovendien stopt deze na ongeveer drie uur, wat in de winter of het voorjaar aan de korte kant is.

Belles prestations, petit déjeuner à revoir

Excellent emplacement, l’hôtel a été remis à neuf, à la fous cosy et moderne

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner à été une déception : à notre arrivée on nous annonce que le petit déjeuner sera sous forme de buffet, et que le prix est de 20 euros par personne (en supplément du prix de la chambre), ce que nous acceptons et payons directement.
Le dimanche, effectivement il s’agissait d’un buffet, correct mais qui pourrait être plus étoffé (pas de saumon, de propositions cuites à la demande… pour le prix c’est étonnant).
Mais la surprise était le lundi matin : finalement pas de buffet comme annoncé mais on nous demande la veille de cocher des cases pour choisir ce que l’on voudra manger. Toutes les options de la veille n’étaient pas disponibles, les quantités limitées, et pour le même prix de 20 euros pp, par contre
