Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem rustikalen Hotel mit hervorragendem Restaurant
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut mit dem Auto erreichbar und Parkplätze sind hinter dem Haus (etwas versteckt) vorhanden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Hotel ist rustikal und heimatverbunden eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut eingerichtet. Etwas old-fashioned aber alles passend im Stil des Hotels. Das Bad auf dem Zimmer ist etwas moderner eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt auch über ein Wellnessprogramm mit Schwimmbad, Sauna und weiteren Angeboten, was ich allerdings nicht genutzt habe. Das Restaurant Wilder Kaiser ist nur zu empfehlen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück ebenfalls in diesem Restaurant ist sehr gut, umfangreich und lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Tolles Haus aus Tradition und Moderne

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolle Zimmer und super Frühstück, kann man nicht besser machen;

Cons:

Alles was zu reklamieren wäre, ist sofort behoben worden, lässt jedoch die Qualität des Hauses in keinster Weise schlechter bewerten, top Reklamationsmanagement

Cons:

Oude, lelijke kamer, 2 matrassen op dubbel bed. Geen mogelijkheid om kamer te verwarmen, geen plek op parkeerplaats. Geen koffie of minibar op de kamer.

Bel hôtel, séjour très agréable.
Pros:

chambre,petit déjeuner,parking,personnel étaient parfaits.

Cons:

Un petit problème d'isolation sonore. On entendait bien les personnes qui marchaient, vivaient dans la chambre à côté. Nous étions heureusement logés au dernier étage. L'hôtel est éloigné da la ville , trop loin pour s'y rendre à pieds. Possibilité de prendre le bus , station juste à côté. Liaison fréquente.

Comfortable traditional hotel with very good food.
Pros:

Characterful hotel located on the outskirts of Trier with onsite parking. Comfortable bedroom. En suite with a walk in shower. Swimming pool. Very good quality & choice of food for dinner & breakfast.

Cons:

Rather a long wait for food to be served at dinner.

Sehr gutes Hotel, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, große Auswahl. Kaffee wurde beim Personal geordert und an den Tisch gebracht. Es gab verschiedene Säfte (O-Saft frisch gepresst!) und auch eine Fruchtbuttermilch. Auch der Besuch im Restaurant hat sich gelohnt. Sehr leckeres Essen.

Trés bon séjour mais quelques équipements modernes de la chambre auraient été appréciés.
Pros:

Je connais et pratique cet hôtel depuis plus de cinquante ans. C'est une institution tréviroise qui reste fidèle à sa réputation de confort à l'allemande.

Cons:

Tout en étant confortables, les chambres ne bénéficient pas de l'équipement moderne qu'on serait en droit d'attendre dans un hôtel de cette classe (air conditionné, réfrigérateur, plateau thé - café).
