Comfortable traditional hotel with very good food.
Pros:

Characterful hotel located on the outskirts of Trier with onsite parking. Comfortable bedroom. En suite with a walk in shower. Swimming pool. Very good quality & choice of food for dinner & breakfast.

Cons:

Rather a long wait for food to be served at dinner.

Trés bon séjour mais quelques équipements modernes de la chambre auraient été appréciés.
Pros:

Je connais et pratique cet hôtel depuis plus de cinquante ans. C'est une institution tréviroise qui reste fidèle à sa réputation de confort à l'allemande.

Cons:

Tout en étant confortables, les chambres ne bénéficient pas de l'équipement moderne qu'on serait en droit d'attendre dans un hôtel de cette classe (air conditionné, réfrigérateur, plateau thé - café).

Sehr gutes Hotel, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, große Auswahl. Kaffee wurde beim Personal geordert und an den Tisch gebracht. Es gab verschiedene Säfte (O-Saft frisch gepresst!) und auch eine Fruchtbuttermilch. Auch der Besuch im Restaurant hat sich gelohnt. Sehr leckeres Essen.

Definitely worth the stay
Pros:

Great facilities, especially the spa. Friendly staff.
Good direct bus connection to the centre of the city.

Cons:

The menu of the resto was very nice but a bit too heavy with no too much variety of veggie options.

Gezellig Kerstverblijf in authentiek gebouw.

Heel lekker uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijke bediening, er werd rekening gehouden met gluten intollerantie.

Cons:

Bij het diner werd dan minder tot geen rekening gehouden met gluten intollerantie. We kregen, nadat we de intollerantie gemeld hadden aan de ober, toch gewoon brood, waar we bij het ontbijt wel glutenvrij brood konden krijgen. Jammer.
Matrassen waren volledig doorgelegen, we hebben ze gedraaid en dan was het beter.
