Pros:

Zowel de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de hotelfaciliteiten, het wellnesscenrum en zwembad, het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt alsook het uitstekende restaurant met zeer gevarieerde gerechten maken dit hotel een aanrader. Historisch Trier heeft veel te bieden, de regio is een wandelparadijs.

Cons:

De akoestiek van de kamers is niet optimaal.

Repas et Petit déjeuner TTB producteurs locaux, qualité du repas++. Piscine et centre bien être++ personnel extra pour aide et service. Utilisation du bus pour se rendre à Treves++

Pros:

Het was heel fijn dat we er op konden laden. Maar daarnaast waren vooral het zwembad en de sauna fantastisch. Het ontbijt was uitmunten. Diner en service waren ook heel goed maar best wel aan de prijs.

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub und das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Sonnenterasse. Die Sauberkeit und das Personal waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Lage war nicht so gut, aber mit dem Auto war es nicht weit zur Stadt. Schade war, dass es für unsere Fahrräder keinen Fahrradraum gab und sie in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden mussten.
Wir waren einmal im Hotel essen, wobei Spargel bestellt wurde, der leider auch beim 2. Anlauf viel zu hart -fast roh - war. Uns wurde erklärt, dass der Spargel hier so gegessen wird. Bezahlen mussten es wir nicht und die Bedienung war trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten sehr freundlich.

Tolles Haus aus Tradition und Moderne
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolle Zimmer und super Frühstück, kann man nicht besser machen;

Cons:

Alles was zu reklamieren wäre, ist sofort behoben worden, lässt jedoch die Qualität des Hauses in keinster Weise schlechter bewerten, top Reklamationsmanagement
