Убитый номер, грязная посуда, рваные полотенца, дырявое постельное белье с волосами, липкий пол, грязные стены, посуда в трещинах.
Мы заехали в полночь. Увидев квартиру, сразу сообщили, что она не соответствует описанию и грязная. Но заселились, т.к. с детьми не могли ночью искать что-то новое. На следующий день выехали и попросили на рецепции вернуть деньги за 2 не прожитых ночи. Нам ответили, что все решается через booking.com, но они отметят, что мы не весь срок жили. Однако они отметили, что мы просто не приехали. Соответственно никакого возврата нет. В чате они не отвечают. А поддержка booking.com не хочет разбираться в вопросе (то не находит код брони, то пишет, что нет предмета проблемы).
Property was great- right in the middle of amazingness.
No dislikes! Wish there had of been a lift when coming in the front door. You have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the lift.

Tea and coffee were not enough charging during days.
- The hotel is central and accessing public transportation is very nice and easy. You reach the bus stop in 1 minute. Also Taksim square metro is reachable by walking 5 to 10 minutes.
- The staff are really nice and helpful. They speak english and you will have no problems with communication. You can ask for help about planning your stay, for example getting the timetable for ferry rides, or which restaurant to visit.
- Cleaning the room happened regularly and was very nice.
- The apartment is exactly like what you see in the images.
This points are based on the fact that we wanted the place mostly for sleeping during nights and not spending too much time in the room. So they were not too much irritating, but for more time in the room, it would be a problem:
- The noise. Since the Hotel is by a main street, it is always noisy. during day and even nights. I don't know why, but during our stay, there were lots of car, making sounds with their horns in 3, 4 am.
- The following points are regarding room 100. I think other rooms will be different, based on the images. This room was the studio type. It's entrance is literally in front of the reception and the whole apartment is based beside and on the back of the reception area. Plus the noise from the street, some nights and days, there were constant voice of people chatting by reception desk. This reduced the feeling of privacy. Since we only wanted the place for sleeping and not spending too much time in Hotel, it was ok. But if you are planning to stay in the room long time, you should also consider it.
- again for the room 100, the toilet is very small, makes it not comfortable. But still manageable for short stays. The shower is spacious and good.
- The apartment is exactly like what you see in the images, but a bit old and some stuff can be replaced. for example the toilet sit is sliding and it's always irritating. Or the toilet brush has detached from its handle. Or the mini stove. Not a disaster, but would be nice to be replaced.
