Pros:

Es war in Bellinzona extrem heiss. Da die Zimmer aber über Klimaanlagen verfügen, konnten wir trotzdem ausgezeichnet schlafen. Zudem liegt das Hotel total zentral und an einem Verkehrsknoten. Die Fenster halten den Lärm aber hervorragend draussen. Das Essen am Abend war lecker und der Service ausgezeichnet.
Das Auto konnten wir in nächster Nähe problemlos sehr günstig parkieren. Die Bikes konnte wir gesichert im Hotel drin abstellen. Auch das Personal empfanden wir als sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

Standort zur Altstadt war sehr günstig. Das Restaurant war sehr Gut.

Cons:

Man kann nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen.

A very friendly, peaceful and enjoyable experience.
Pros:

The hotel is opposite the main square, so easy to walk into the town. The reception staff are all fantastic! Very friendly and helpful, they can't do enough to help! Breakfast is very good, with a great choice of good quality foods and beverages. We stayed for 2 nights only, as our motorhome had broke down, and the staff certainly helped to ease a very stressful situation. We will definitely be back.

Pros:

Wir hatten die Junior Suite welche schön groß war. Besonders das Bad ist riesig und sauber. Betten bequem. Frühstück war ausreichend, sehr leckerer Kaffee. Abstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder wurde geschaffen.

Cons:

Im Gesamten waren wir von einem Zimmer das sich Junior Suite nennt enttäuscht. Der Balkon ist winzig und dreckig und entspricht kaum den Bildern. Der Teppichboden ist nicht sauber und der Stuhl am Schreibtisch ist mehr als schäbig. Schade für den Preis.

Solides Mitteklasse-Hotel mit nette, Personal
Pros:

Netter Empfang (Deutsch und Englisch sprechend), renoviertes sauberes Zimmer und Bad, bequemes Bett, gut funktionierende und leise Klimaanlage, kostenfreien vier Flaschen Wasser, reichhaltiges Frühstück, wir waren zufrieden.
Das Parken auf dem Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel ist sonntags und nachts frei, ab 08:00 Uhr zahlt man 1 CHF/h, das Hotel stellt den Parkvoucher aus.
