Posizione centrale.

Cons:

Ho prenotato erroneamente per due persone, invece che per una sola. Cerco di trovare la seconda persona, non la trovo, così durante il check-in alla reception specifico che sono da solo e richiedo un rimborso. Non me lo accordano.
Se avessi pagato per uno e fossi arrivato con qualcun altro, avrebbero preteso (giustamente) la differenza; in caso contrario, però, non è previsto nessun rimborso.
Pessima assistenza al cliente. Non verrò mai più in questo albergo.

Personal sehr freundlich - sehr gut.

Cons:

Gewaltiger Lärm von draussen (Strasse) - ausschliesslich viele Stunden nachts !
Gibt es denn da kein Einschreiten der Politik und dadurch der Polizei ?
Ist z.B. ein Büssen nicht möglich ?
Wir erlebten diesen Lärm bereits im Oktober 2016 ...
