Pros:

Hôtel molto bello e curato, personale molto cortese e sorridente, letto ampio e comodo, pulizia impeccabile, bagno ampio e pratico, buona posizione. È vero che c'è una strada trafficata davanti ma non si sente il rumore, per lo meno non con le finestre chiuse.

Cons:

Durante la notte, verso le 3 del mattino, il minifrigo ha cominciato a fare rumore, dopo un pò ha smesso e qualche ora dopo ha ripreso. Non ho potuto dormire per il rumore fastidioso e inaspettato. Forse riguarda solo quella camera (307 mi sembra). Se si potesse sistemare questo problema...poi sarebbe tutto perfetto.

Pros:

Bien situé, près de la gare et du centre ville. Grande chambre, agréable. Jolie vue sur les châteaux. Accueil très sympathique.

Cons:

Ce serait bien de pouvoir se faire un thé dans la chambre (il y a une machine à café, qui ne fait que du café).
L'isolation sonore entre les chambres pourrait être améliorée (on entend les voisins de chambres).

Pros:

Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Unione und kommen immer gerne wieder.
Optimale Lage zum Bahnhof und Zentrum, sehr gastfreundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal in allen Bereichen, angenehme, geräumige Zimmer, ausgezeichnete Küche beim Abendessen im hoteleigenen Ristorante und wohl schmeckendes Frühstück, mit Allem was dazugehört.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Unione erneut sehr gut gefallen!

All'Hotel Unione ci siamo sentiti veramente a nostro agio e trattati con grande gentilezza e attenzione. Ci torneremo sicuramente e raccomandiamo vivamente questo albergo. Il personale è veramente gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Il buffet ricco e sano. Anche nel vivo del carnevale, la stanza - a finestre chiuse - era tranquilla e abbiamo dormito molto bene.
