Great place to stay in central Hanoi
Pros:

Great central location. Spotless, comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to see in Hanoi. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and again very friendly staff. Lovely rooftop bar serving good cocktails.

Excellent experience thanks to Lyly
Pros:

We had an amazing experience, and were greeted by excellent, warm and friendly staff who catered to our every need. Especially Lyly from front desk, who went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful experience during our time in her city, by guiding and providing information on locations and times of activities to make sure we never missed a single opportunity to maximise our short time in Hanoi.

Great stay in the Old Quarter
Pros:

Some of the friendliest staff you’ll ever encounter. Great location. Super clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable. And don’t forget the ac. Its powerful which is very important in Hanoi

Pros:

スタッフが皆さんとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。特にリリーさんはホスピタリティに優れていて彼女のおかげで時間正しくトレインカフェで電車を見れました。
全体的にモダンでおしゃれな内装も素敵でした。

Cons:

家族4人で一部屋で泊まるために適したサイズの部屋がおそらく無かった。エクストラベッドを入れてもらえたので快適に過ごせたが本来は3人までかなと思う。

Amazing experience
Pros:

The best hospitality ever! Lily was soo sweet and helpful that we would love to stay again in this hotel due to how welcomed she made us feel and how helpful her tips were.
They made a little something for our honeymoon which was sweet as well. The hotel is cute.☺️

Stayed twice at same place in May. Both visits were extremely great
Pros:

Staff very professional and helpful. Breakfast options healthy and ranging from cold to hot options. Good range of variety. I cannot fault anything from breakfast to the awesome dinner we had at the hotel. I also used the spa services and was very clean, great masseuse and relaxing experience followed by tofu soup and refreshing drink and sweetest watermelon.

I wanted to buy something and the hotel staff bought that for me and packed it as well.

Would definitely recommend and stay again if in Hanoi again.

Another thing, perfect location. All tours could collect and walking distance to everything. Loved my morning walks at Lake Kiem and late nights in old quarters.

Exceptional Vibe
Pros:

Exceptional service. Great location, central, great value for money. Room clean and large. Vibe and atmosphere welcoming. Breakfast options, roof top bar fun vibe, no outside noise to be heard in room. An amazing experience.

Great hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Really cosy room and probably the best shower I’ve had in Vietnam. Leo on the concierge team was great and really kind when I was ill. He helped get me fresh ginger tea and helped my fiancé go to a local pharmacy. Thank you!

Best stay in Hanoi
Pros:

The location is very close to many attractions in Hanoi. The staff especially Ny is very nice, helpful and friendly! They kept checking with us to make sure we are all good. The room itself is very clean and provided the good quality of cleaning daily. The breakfast buffet also is very nice, not to mention the rooftop bar. The cocktails there are something you don’t want to miss in Hanoi. Definitely one of the best hotel stays we had.

perfect location and staff
Pros:

Location of the hotel is unbeatable. Facilities are very clean and all the staff are very attentive and courteous. In particular, Trang, our receptionist, went above and beyond to truly make our Hanoi stay unforgettable! She provided great recommendations for Ha Long/Lan Ha Bay tours (which we took and loved!) and even called certain stores I wanted to shop at to make sure they were open during the big April 30/May 1st holiday. Her hospitality skills are a tier above even five star hotels we’ve stayed at like Four Seasons. Highly recommend this hotel!

Pros:

We had a great stay here. - so good we are coming back again.
