A brilliant, thoughtful stay with wonderful staff — the only downside was patchy wifi.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. When my wife mentioned it was her birthday, they went out of their way to upgrade our room from a non-window room to one with a view, and decorated it with balloons — such a thoughtful touch that really made the stay special. The location is excellent, right in the Old Quarter, and the whole place offers great value for money.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit hit or miss. The connection would occasionally drop or get throttled to the point that YouTube streams dropped to 240p.

Cons:

We goy a room without a window although it was not mentioned on booking. They couldnt change but offered a discount. In the end due to vat that they added we payed the same. We were very dissapinted

Pros:

飯店整體環境很不錯，地理位置非常方便，步行幾分鐘就可以到河內著名的鐵路咖啡，周邊也有許多咖啡廳、景點及米其林推薦餐廳，用餐選擇非常豐富。

早餐也很適合素食者不少提供素食河粉、蔬食料理的餐廳，對於吃素的旅客來說相當方便。整體交通、生活機能和餐飲選擇都很棒，住宿體驗非常愉快，值得推薦！

Cons:

唯一比較可惜的是床墊似乎已經有些使用痕跡，中間有明顯凹陷，睡起來支撐度稍微不足。建議飯店可以考慮適時更換床墊，相信會讓整體住宿品質更加提升。

A truly great experience
Pros:

Brilliant experience and exceptional service from start to finish. The staff genuinely go above and beyond, and nothing is ever an inconvenience for them. Everyone is incredibly respectful, friendly and attentive, taking their time with you and making a real effort to ensure you have the best possible stay. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, comfortable and well maintained, and we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. I would highly recommend JM Marvel Hotel and would definitely stay again!

Amazing Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel — the staff truly made the experience. They went above and beyond at every turn, helping us not just with hotel matters but with things completely outside their job description. Their willingness to help turned a good stay into a great one. Highly recommend, largely thanks to the incredible team here.

Amazing stay at JM Marvel!
Pros:

Amazing experience here at JM Marvel, will definitely be back. Everything from the room to the breakfast was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond and made our stay here special. They even celebrated my birthday even though it was a far days after our stay was finished. Would highly recommend.
