Pros:

Fantastic hotel. Room was clean and modern with all the amenities you’d want. Location is ideal and best if all was the staff. They really went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was also better than expected.

Great place to stay especially for new visitors to Hanoi.

Beautiful Hotel- very clean, quiet and comfortable - and the service and Hotel team were exceptional. So warm, welcoming and helpful. The location in the Old Quarter is perfect for a stay in Hanoi- within walking distance to most of the major attractions. The food and ambiance in the Viet restaurant and the Cloud Bar are terrific and the views over Hanoi are spectacular. Happy to highly recommend the JM Marvel Hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay would recommend.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating of our very early arrival. The room was lovely and the food at the rooftop bar was excellent. The location is excellent with great facilities.
