JM Marvel Hotel & Spa

Me andy wife were on pleasure trip to Vietnam. We have stayed at JM Marvel for 3 days & we enjoyed stay at Hotel.
The location of hotel is in Old Quarter which is great. We don't hear any outside noise in the rooms.
We liked breakfast buffet, food quality really good.
Hotel staff is very professional, polite and helpful.
Special thanks to Miss Lily for helping us to find good spots for food, shopping & currency exchange.

The location of the property is excellent. It’s right in the heart of old quarter making all locations easily accessible.
The staff at the property was exceptionally helpful & courteous. They went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. They helped us book restaurants, suggest good places to visit etc.

The location of JM Hotel was perfect. It was right in the center to walk to a lot of different restaurants and attractions. The four Customer experience when you walked in when you left was A+. They made you feel at home and cared for. The rooms were a decent size and pretty. I would’ve enjoyed a larger bed, but the twin room was perfect. The atmosphere is really elegant as well. It’s more of an experience overall that they provide.

It is a great value for your money and you’ll leave feeling better off than when you arrived. The amenities of the restaurant and bar on the rooftop were perfect as well as the spa. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. A special thanks to Lyly, who always responded quickly via WhatsApp whenever we had questions. She was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The staff also kindly allowed us to relax in the lobby until our flight on the last day. Thanks to their excellent service, we had a wonderful stay in Hanoi. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the JM was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, always being friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They assisted us with everything from booking massages to recommending fantastic restaurants, making our trip seamless and enjoyable. We were so impressed that we even extended our stay. Me and my family enjoyed the stay at the Marvel Hotel. The lobby manager Trang Nguyen displayed fabulous friendliness and helpfulness to make sure we are safe and enjoy our holidays. She is the best!

The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk are exceptional and are incredibly accommodating. Their happiness and warmth made my family's stay feel special.

Lovely, clean hotel in a great location near restaurants and cafes. Big breakfast variety with a great view over the city while you eat. Nothing could top the beautiful staff here. They were always so welcoming and friendly, even recommending local restaurants for us to try. It definitely made travelling in a big city less overwhelming.

The staff and atmosphere at the JM Marvel were warm and inviting! Everyone was very helpful and made our stay much easier and more comfortable.

Our stay at JM Marvel was great! Jason and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and the hotel is in a good location. The spa was fantastic as well.

We loved the hospitality we enjoyed our stay here. On our check-in Miss Lyly welcomed us with welcome drinks and gave clear information about our room, the services we were going to enjoy and also gave tour details which we asked for.

The room was awesome. It had all the necessary toiletries and items. Overall the room was so cozy and comfortable. We slept like a baby.

On the next day we checked out early in the morning because of our booked tour and worried that we might get late. We were going to skip the breakfast at hotel which was included. But the staff suggested to grab some food and coffee on the way. So I went in their restaurant and told one of the staff member about our situation, without wasting a second she gave me containers to pack the food and cups to carry coffee as well. She saw me struggling and packed all the stuff herself.

We were there for short period of time. But the staff members were so polite and lovely that we will remember them and their hospitality.

I stayed here for 3 nights, and without a doubt, this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

First and foremost, the reception staff are absolutely outstanding. Alex in particular is the best hotel staff member I have ever encountered — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I actually looked forward to stopping by the front desk every day just because of him!

The rooms are incredibly charming and beautifully decorated. As a solo female traveler, I also really appreciated the security features — the auto-lock doors and windows that don’t fully open gave me such peace of mind throughout my stay.

The breakfast was delicious, and the welcome sweets and drinks upon arrival were a lovely touch that made me feel truly special from the very first moment.

The only minor thing I noticed was that one of the bottles used for the homemade breakfast drinks had what looked like red mold on it — possibly not fully washed. It’s a small thing, but worth mentioning for hygiene purposes.

Other than that one small detail, everything was perfect. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi, especially solo female travelers. I will absolutely be back the next time I visit!

From the moment we arrived the service and friendliness was outstanding. All the staff were awesome and ensured we had everything we needed. The hotel was spotlessly clean and welcoming and the breakfast had all you could need.

Horrendous experience at this hotel, and even worse customer service and experience with the front desk. There are better options for a stay at Hanoi and the photos provided of the rooms are deceptive. Would definitely avoid.
