Very bad experience, there was no hot water for three days I endured showering in cold water even though this was a Radisson. There was no parking and someone hit my car in the street. Look somewhere else.

This hotel is everything you would expect, even in a relatively remote part of Saudi Arabia, close to the Yemeni border.

Security is very tight with armored vehicles outside and a metal detector in the entrance. This should not make you shy away from this place. Apparently, the local governor lives in the hotel. Hence the security protocol, which has nothing to do with the Yemen situation.

Great amenities, pleasant staff, great location with international fast food brands abound in the vicinity. Don’t miss the historic and natural highlights of the Najran area, though!

The treatment was super nice and amazing , all the ladies staff were super nice and helpful; always they give you a hand whenever you need anything. Thank you sisters

Convenient location

The room was well kept and standard to Park-Inn's benchmarks. Breakfast was table service and was quite varied and delicious. Would recommend providing breakfast options to avoid wastage and over-consumption. Okay check-in experience but great check-out experience

The reception staff were unprofessional when it comes to redeem my points. Also, when ever I asked them, they asked me to wait when I checked out. When I did, they simpley said sorry we cant do anything about it.

It was my first stay, but wont be the last for sure.
Front office agent was really friendly and helpful.

Reception took ages to check in - three rooms and it took almost 30minutes
Room had a really bad unbearable smell had to keep the window open all night to bear it
Bathroom did not have hot water - Luke warm was the best
Gym was closed and they did not make any efforts of solution.
Sheesha place was only for family.... they should have made some space for men as well.
They charged us $150....

Room is clean and tidy and bed is comfortable. staff are friendly to help.
wifi is very fast. I give him sugation my friend stay the hotel and you can found value of money. Restaurant are good but need to improve to service.

As usual we went this Friday for third time to have breakfast with kids and once we get insides at breakfast RESTURANT we met Indian guy his name khobair who was not even welcoming or smiling in your face and started to treat us as we are nothing buy saying pay first or no breakfast then I stop him and I ask for his boss but no one came till one SAUDI guy at reception who make everything nice special thanks to his way of managing things at around 10 am but I forgot to ask his name so we came back and we have nice breakfast and the kids enjoyed
In general hotel Adminstration need to press so hard in welcoming and greeting guests
Most likely not coming again

First time in my life I had that experience, I went to had a dinner at the 4th floor restaurant and the security guard kicked me out!!! Why?? Because it’s only for families!!! It’s 2018 and still some hotels think backwards with that mentality, I never felt so embarrassed , never again.

I went to eat dinner at 4th floor restaurant and security guy kicked me out !!! The reason that they don’t allow single guys at the restaurant!!!! Only families, even though I’m a guest at the hotel, it was really embarrassing moment for me, I’ve never been treated this way at any hotel I’ve been to before.
