Hotel M Matsumoto

進入飯店要脫鞋子，很有趣的飯店，我們訂雙床飯價格很不錯，而且房間算很大，有自己的浴室，很推薦！巴士總站就在旁邊，隔天要去上高地也很方便！

Clean, good size bathroom. Easily accessible from the train station. Staff were not always there to assist with the paid for breakfast or at the reception but all in all a good stay for travelers seeing the castle and town for a good price and location.

駅近で清潔。

Pillow cover smelled bad.

部屋のサイズもちょうどよく、駐車場もいくつも近くにあり、途中で出ることももどってくることもできるため便利でした。松本駅からも近いです。

リーズナブルで綺麗でとても良かったです

カプセルホテルの中のビジネスタイプ（ツイン）に宿泊しました
ロビーから靴を脱ぐタイプのホテルなので、部屋の中のカーペットもほかのホテルより清潔です
この部屋はバスタブ付きの風呂とトイレがセパレートになっております（全ての部屋がそうではないので注意）
駐車場場はホテル入り口斜め右前の倉庫っぽいところが専用駐車場です
他にも提携駐車場もありますが、専用駐車場が一番近いです
屋根付きなので夏も車が高温にならずいいです
駐車場や部屋のタイプなどは直接電話して聞いてみたほうがいいと思いますが、渡しが電話したときの男性の方の対応はちょっと嫌でした
女性の方は親切でしたので聞くなら女性の方のほうがいいかもです

Really close to the train station and actually inside a shopping centre, the common area is tidy and there are good laundry facilities. The bed in our private room was comfortable, it was a great no frills experience.

JR松本駅から近く、周辺には大きなスーパーがあり、ホテルが入っているビルには100均ショップも入っていてとてもよかったです。次回松本に行く際はまた利用したいです。

Spacious room for reasonable price. They supplied a bottle of water and teabags everyday.

整體而言是舒適的，性價比高，但洗澡的時間會有限制。

松本駅からすぐ、高速バスターミナル近くで同じビル内に本屋とダイソーが有り忘れ物をしても安心！　　飲み屋街やお蕎麦屋さん、松本城も徒歩圏内ですのでとても立地が良いです
お部屋もとても綺麗、アメニティ、カップヌードルの自販機、ヘアアイロン1台有り、使い捨てスリッパもあります
とてもおすすめします！

While I appreciate this is a relatively inexpensive hotel for the area, and it does have a public hot bath on site, the room was tiny and poorly thought out. The night staff looked dejected and a bit stresed, but no knocks on the staff really.

This was not a good value for the money.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit of a joke, as you're circling around the block endlessly to try to find an entrance that works before you take the elevator up to the rception area.
The surrounding area is not a nice area. Its really just a back alley.
Again, I would definitely look elsewhere..

Great location nearby the train station, very clean (no shoes policy in the premises) nice customer service!

hotel ofereceu muito mais do que esperava para um 2 estrelas; já fiquei em 4 estrelas que ofereceu metade do que Hotel M Matsumoto; há um espaço comum de mesas de trabalho, bem como para fazer refeições, onde há chás e café a vontade; todos ambientes limpos e agradáveis, funcionários atenciosos; várias amenidades; 5 mins da estação Matsumoto. Vindo a Matsumoto voltarei a me hospedar aqui com certeza.

カプセルだけれど、シャワー、トイレなどきれいで使いやすい。共有スペースも穏やかな雰囲気で良い。時間が合わなかったから入らなかったが、浴場もある（女性の入れる時間は限られているので注意）。
冬の松本でも個室の温度はちょうど良く、寒くも暑くもない。
2段カプセルの部屋（?）の下側だったのだが、驚くことに上の人の物音が全くしない。いないのかと思ったらいたのでビックリした。ものすごーく静かな人だった可能性もなくはないけど、カプセルの作りが良いのだろう。
充電器等も不足なく揃っているし、寝る時の甚兵衛のようなものもある。
階下が丸善になっている。本は少なめだが文房具の品揃えが多くて面白い。

駅から近く、清潔でとても良かったです
