My room was actually a one-bedroom apartment. The window to the hallway didn't lock. The place was very spacious. The pool received little sun exposure and remained pretty chilly.

Needs lots of maintenance and very dangerous in the shower
The room was very big. The bed was comfortable. I liked the Thai style bathroom. There was an area with a comfortable sofa. The pool is lovely and was outside the room. Breakfast is basic but nicely cooked and tasty.
There was a group of people talking outside the room until 2am, which wasn't ideal.
The room smelt a bit musty when we first arrived.
It seems to be quite a way from the city centre but my in-laws live close by so that wasn't an issue.
