Asked the staff to clean the room and went out for 5 hours. Came back and the room was found not cleaned. And thent he cleaning staff came to clean the room later the evening. Also they charge a huge amount of money for early check-in even if the rooms were free. But the hotel room is good and the location is peacefully.

Hotel is just an average. Not a 3 star hotel for sure. Breakfast was not great. A complimentary for namesake.
The complimentary breakfast serving is very slow and they serve in room with only 2idlis or 1dosa which they could have avoided calling as a complimentary

Well located. Good and helpful staff. No Buffet breakfast. Poor quality breakfast. At same cost better hotels available ex. White Lotus. I would suggest that hotel to friends.
Spent 3 nights with family. Rooms were Cosy and spacious and close to the town center.
Famous temples are in walking distance and Malpe Beach is just 5KM.
Hotel staff is extremely polite and courteous.
Terrible experience of checkin. would never book through expedia. The booking wasn't reflecting and waited for 2 hours to resolve with treebo and customer contact center.
Was so disappointing, room was not serviced while we got in and bathroom was also not clean. We had to request for the same and that took another hour to change the bed sheets and clean up the room. very bad service.
While booking the room, it is said that the payment can be paid at hotel. But treebo wanted a token advance for confirmation of the booking. When I arrived at the hotel the advance paid by me was not reflected. Then I had to show proof of payment. Even then it took them a lot of time to confirm. They get the breakfast from a restaurant near by which is not open till 8.00 a.m. The second day we had to leave the hotel without getting the complimentary breakfast.
